we recently moved into a house with a pool and were new to pool ownership. after a couple of weeks, we noticed something wasn’t right with the pool. we found blue science pools online and scheduled a visit. a technician came out right away and explained everything about the pool system, showing us how to handle all the basics. the technician quickly figured out what was going on and fixed the issues, sharing a lot of helpful knowledge along the way. we’re planning to use their weekly pool service in the future.

We had our pool custom built by Blue Science Pool Service a few years ago, and they did an amazing job. However, I'm sharing this review because we recently had a maintenance service for our pool, and the technician accidentally messed up our programming, causing our jacuzzi to stop working. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the team claimed that all they did was switch out a seal for the pump and denied any wrongdoing. We found ourselves without a functioning spa and were unsure whether to call another maintenance technician or reach out to the company that originally built our pool. Fortunately, we decided to contact them, and within 24 hours, a technician went out of his way to come to our home and resolve the issue. This busy technician took time out of his day to help fix a problem caused by someone else, and he did it not out of obligation, but because of the exceptional customer service they provide. Even when we offered to pay for the fix, he kindly refused, showing just how dedicated they are to their customers. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to highlight the incredible service we received. Since this company has been under new management, I can honestly say it’s the best in the area, and I believe no one else will take care of you better. Thanks to their willingness to help, my wife is happy, and I am truly grateful. I will definitely recommend Blue Science Pool Service to my friends and followers for any pool needs because they truly excel at what they do. This company goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied, and that means a lot.

the pool service team in kissimmee did an excellent job on my pool. the technicians were very friendly and easy to work with. visiting the showroom made choosing tiles and colors simple. the project was finished even faster than expected, and the crew made sure to clean up well afterward. the price was similar to other quotes i received, but i felt most comfortable choosing this company for my pool work.
