House Cleaning reviews in Winter Garden, Florida

I had a strange experience when trying to simply get a quote for a cleaning company in Winter Garden. I clicked a quote button on their website and filled in detailed information about the home / job.
I must have missed a call from them so an email was sent out from their “Pricing Specialist”. I replied that I would like to proceed with getting the quote via email as I entered quite a bit of info about the home. They refused and explained that they only provide quotes over the phone. No explanation, just that they only provide quotes via phone.
So for anyone looking to receive an online quote from this company, look elsewhere before entering your info on their website.

We loved having Tiki here to clean, I broke my leg and have been unable to keep our home as clean as I like. She did a fabulous job going above and beyond.

I have been using CottageCare for several years now. They are always on time, attentive to anything I ask for and the staff is very friendly. Sarah and the other team members pay attention to detail and always do a great job. They frequently check in with me to ensure they are meeting my needs and asking if there is anything they can do better.

Weve been using Cottage Care since we moved to the Winter Garden area in 2017! They have always worked around our crazy busy schedule and always does a GREAT job cleaning! Highly recommend if you are looking to get weekly, biweekly or even just monthly services! The ladies are fantastic!

We tried Cottage Care for the first time today and they did a fantastic job! The cleaners (Meaghan and Sarah) were courteous and did a wonderful, complete job on our home. The manager (Crystal) even stopped by to make sire their services met with our approval. I would highly recommend them for any/all of your housekeeping needs!

Such a great experience! This was our first time ever having a cleaning service and we were absolutely delighted. From the inquiry through the cleaning customer service was top notch. The manager Crystal was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. She even stopped by to check-in to see how things were going. Jolanda was fantastic, things were cleaned extremely well and she even straightened some cluttered items on counters/desks. She was very polite and besides hearing a vacuum didn’t even know she was there. I would highly recommend using Cottage Care for any cleaning needs, we knew right away and already scheduled routine service!

I wanted to update my GOOGLE Review of CottageCare. They've taken the load off for us for over 20 years. Their standard of excellence continues. We could not be more pleased with the thoroughness and care that Jalonda, or an occasional substitute, takes every two weeks. Our floor tile looks great; our baths shine; they manage to make our sometimes chaotic kitchen look like new. They are consistently dependable, and communication with their office for an occasional schedule change is pleasant and efficient. Never a problem. Fairly priced. We recommend them strongly. We practically consider them as family.

CottageCare is very professional, has been cleaning our house for almost two years and has done a great job at it while also providing stellar customer service. We love Sarah who is efficient, makes sure everything is put back in place and never misses a corner.

Jalonda has been absolutely amazing with taking care of our home. She arrives on time and does not hesitate to get started. She is a pleasure to have in our home and I am grateful for the help. She has a strong attention to detail and is precise in her efforts. CottageCare has been a pleasure to work with from setting up a quote for our first cleaning to being flexible with my schedule for our biweekly visits. After many tries with other companies, we finally got the service we are happy with. The manager is very nice and the lady cleaning for us is Llanie. She is very thorough and when she is done she asks us to check her cleaning. Every time she has done a great job.. We hope to continue with her service.

Tiki is AMAZING!! She is so polite, a hard worker, pays full attention to her job!! Never on a phone, she concentrates on her job at hand. Cottage Care should consider her a very valuable asset to their company.

The whole process was smooth and positive. The team was punctual and friendly and did such a thorough and amazing job on the home. The house looked and smelled fantastic when they were done. They worked extremely hard and checked frequently to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Would highly recommend CottageCare if you are looking for home cleaning!

Over the last decade I have found Cottage Care to be an outstanding cleaning service. I had some mediocre cleaners over the years from other companies. It was irritating and made me feel my money was not well spent. Not the case with Cottage Care. All team members are well trained, prompt, and pleasant. We have had team member Sarah over the last year or so and she is excellent. Also, this company is well managed and is open to listening to and accommodating your specific needs. I highly recommend them.
