The air duct cleaning special for only $129 is pretty much a bait and switch.
The sales pro cloaked in a technician uniform comes out and tells you that by just doing this simple cleaning you’re actually going to make the air quality worse and to not be surprised if you get sick after doing it.The only way to fix this is to “sanitize” the system which is an additional $350. And of course this is only good for 8 months.
Even after paying the additional cost, I still feel stuffy and scammed.
They should be more upfront on their website. Should have went with a different company who was transparent.
