Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff in all areas. Thank you!

Always a great day when Classic Care comes to my home! They are such a joy to work with. Eric and Lee take care of all of my home maintenance lists and everything sparkles once they're finished. Thanks to everyone at Classic Care!

Excellent! Eric is amazing

Classic pressure washed all my concrete to include driveway, steps, sidewalk, etc. They got to me quickly and did a very good job, neat, efficient and timely. Raul was gracious, friendly and expedient. All work that Classic helps me with is top notch. I'm happy that they are able to help me with chores that I cannot do.

Awesome services and excellent customer service.

great people....would use anytime for anything.

Classic Care has INCREDIBLE customer service and communication. We have been using them for regular cleaning service for a few months now. But I especially want to highlight the tech that came to do a carpet cleaning this week. We were shocked how well they got up some old stains in our carpets. We would highly recommend any and all of their services for your cleaning needs.

This family-owned company was recommended to us by others in our community. Our technician was Damitris and we’re so please that he was assigned to us and we will definitely request him for any future cleanings. Our carpets looked better after this cleaning than they had after they were cleaned 3 years ago (by a different company). Damitris explained his process and worked thoroughly and with obvious pride in his work. I loved that he vacuumed the carpets before he began cleaning. He was a pleasure to deal with and we enjoyed having him in our home. It was very easy to schedule via text and communication was great between me and the office. I highly recommend First Impressions

They did a superb job. The rugs look beautiful, they restored the original colors. Super nice people to work with. Amazing care and attention to detail, not only in cleaning but in placing the rugs correctly in the house. Very professional. Would hire them again.

I was extremely pleased with the tile and carpet cleaning done this past week. Kurt and his helper showed up for the estimate on time and was super. Aaron showed up exactly when expected, was very professional, courteous, friendly, and did the job in a timely fashion. You can bet that I will not only use you again, but I will highly recommend 1st Impressions to everyone who asks. Thank you for being everything that everyone said you were.

Rugs look fantastic. So happy with the outcome! Thank you.

First impressions was amazing I have a large off white sectional that was gray and quite dirty from years of use. Dametrius came and gave us better than excellent customer service and also did an amazing job on our sofa. He cleaned my sofa meticulously and I was truly shocked at how my sofa looks. Request Dametrius you will not regret it. First impressions was recommended to me and I to will recommend them to others.

A delivery man tracked paint onto our brand new carpet. It took a few months for the company to pay us for the damage. First Impressions was able to get the stain out. It looks like new. 😀 The pictures show before and after.

Great price! Great customer service! And the final look was perfect!

Excellent service. We had a rug cleaned and it came out great 👍

Super results! My entire house looks like I just had new tile installed. Dimitri, the Technician, was thorough and a perfectionist. Owners were awesome to work with. Price was right on! Will use them again and will definitely recommend them.

Great job providing high quality carpet pads and cleaning and taking spots out of high end hand knot rugs. I have used them a few times and will continue to use and recommend them on future projects. They are lovely to work with!

Personal customer service is perfect. Pricing is fair. They responded quickly to all my questions, friendly, and conscientious. I had 3 rugs cleaned and when finished, they looked like new! I will use them again and recommend them.

First Impressions recently cleaned three of our antique hand knotted rugs and did the most beautiful job with great care. I was so impressed with the process, care and concern, not to mention delivery and scheduling. A special thank you to the young man that cleaned these rugs with such care and knowledge. Thank You both for a job well done. I highly recommend their services!

Kurt and Kim were so great to work with, and their technician did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet and our outdoor Sunbrella fabric sectional couch. The outdoor couch looks brand new!

They also cleaned a wool area rug from Istanbul. When we brought the rug home, I could hardly recognize it because it was so clean. The colors were vibrant again, and all of the details showed through.

Highly recommend their services and will be scheduling regular cleanings in the future.

Highly recommend! The owners Kurt and Kim was courteous and provided a great price. The scheduling was easy and their staff was excellent. When the technician Damitris arrived he explained the process and went out of his way to ensure the job was well done. He took great pride in his work. Thank you for a job well done.
