I was dissapointed he didn't have any business cards or magnets. Didn't provide a receipt or invoice. I know he works for himself so do I and I still provide business cards. To me that's not very professional. He was here for about 10 mins and total charge was over 200 dollars. Pricey I would say, but he showed up and did the job. He initially came yesterday a Sunday to diagnose the issue, then Monday to fix the issue. So I will say he was reliable.

Great guy and great work, got my refrigerator working the same day. Dennis went above and beyond to get some parts for the fridge. Happy client, definitely recommend him.

Great customer service, great price and technician Josh Reed went out of his way to service our Frigidaire refrigerator! He came on time, clearly communicated to us the problem and the reasonable price to fix it and was very pleasant and courteous! He worked without hesitation, getting the part needed quickly and he finished the job promptly. He cleaned up after himself and my refrigerator is fixed! I'd recommend this company and Josh to anyone needing appliance repair!!!

Antonio (Tony) Velez is the man! He was not just super warm and friendly but super knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience. He came in identified the issues with my dishwasher within moments of looking at it. He ordered the part and had it fixed in just over 24hrs. He also gave great tips to ensure safer usage and to maximize the longevity of my appliance. The last thing I thought was cool was how I received a text saying he was coming which had his picture so I knew to expect him. Simple but a great touch to this business. Keep it up!

Mr. Appliance keeps your appliances going for a long time. They kept our washer and dryer going until the parts were no longer sold. They recently worked on our dishwasher again. So thankful I don’t have to buy a new one yet.

Peter came out to help us out with a dish washer repair. He showed up right on time and was so friendly and kind. He was very quick to solve the problem and got our dish washer back up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was very respectful of our home, taking appropriate measures to keep everything clean after his work. He really went above and beyond and we are so grateful for his help. Very affordable and quick service. 10/10 would recommend Peter and Mr. Appliance.

I have used Mr. appliance many times in my home and recommended them to many customers of my own. They have always proven to be professional, reliable, trustworthy, and honest, and I will always use this company.

I am not sure what is going on at this organization but it took them 3 times to repair the same issue, they then are trying to double charge me for something under warranty, and when you call to speak to someone about this there is no manager, there are no call backs from anyone with authority, and the issues persist. I would recommend finding a better organization for your repair as I deeply regret my choice.

From the time I scheduled my appointment online, I received text and email updates. They send a picture of the technician and adjust their times accordingly. Tony was very professional. He diagnosed the issue and had the parts ordered within minutes. Once the office received confirmation of part shipment, they called and I was promptly scheduled for the next day for repair. Great company to work with!

I made an appointment to have my washing machine looked at. The technician that came to the appointment was Antonio. He was very friendly and professional. You could tell he was knowledgable in his craft. He provided me with the diagnosis of the issues I was encountering with my washer and cost. It was close to what a new washer would cost. Antonio was not pushy nor did he try to press me to do any fixes as he stated it would be better to just get a new washer. I appreciated his opinion and would use him again.

Called to repair our dryer that was showing a heating error. Got the same technician twice who didn’t check his work when he was done, left a mess in our garage and most concerning of all, left the dryer in a condition that was a FIRE HAZARD. When we figured out the problem and asked them to send someone out that day (Friday) to make it right, they agreed, but didn’t send a tech; nobody was sent until the following Monday. Mr. Appliance fixed the problem after the third visit but has not answered requests to discuss our concerns or offer an apology for creating hazardous conditions in our home. Since our previous interactions with them had been positive, this was surprising but also telling. When the job is done right, great, but if there’s a problem don’t expect to hear back from anyone in management.

Excellent service. Thaddeus correctly identified the problem with my oven and took the time to explain it. The part was ordered very promptly and arrived quickly. Thaddeus came back to install it within a couple of days. Very clean and following all the recommended covid-19 precautions. Christina was keeping me informed throughout the process. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Dishwasher wasn’t draining, and the tech arrived within hours of our call for service. He was on-time, polite, & efficient. He saved us the money a new pump would cost by by testing the old pump and restoring its function. He cleaned up after the repairs and explained the repairs made as well as the bill. Highly recommend!

Our freezer stopped working and we called Mr. Appliance to determine what it would take to fix it. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they were very flexible with my schedule. The technician Alex was very professional and quickly identified the root cause of the problem.
I agreed to the service/repairs which required ordering a couple parts. Parts arrived fast within 24 to 48hrs then the office contacted me to schedule the install. Alex arrived as scheduled and quickly swapped out the parts. Fridge / freezer is up and running working like new again.

They have been helpful in the past but recently no. I've had a washer that still experiences issues after 3 service calls. My dryer was also looked at, and a replacement blower was needed. I was charged, and a week or 2 later, the dryer failed again. I called a different company to come out and after the diagnostic, they said I needed a replacement blower. So did the previous technician not fix our dryer at all??
