Based on the recommendation of a neighbor who said her experience with Smartron Electric was one of courtesy and efficiency, I called for an appointment. Laura scheduled me for the following morning when Ryan showed up as scheduled. I needed a chandelier reinstalled, and asked him if while in the attic, would he examine the wiring of my 5 in-house fans to make sure they were installed properly. Ryan examined all the wiring in the attic of my 60+ year old home, as well as the electric panels both in the house and outside, taking many photos. As a result, I had the company not only reinstall the chandelier, but replace the spot lighting in each of my three bedrooms along with the fan in each, with 3 new remote-control fans with built-in LED lights. I was able to choose the style of fan from a sizable selection, all reasonably priced including installation. Ryan reinstalled the chandelier the same day; within a week, Ryan and Colin returned to remove the old spot lights and fans, and install the new fans, repairing the ceiling where the old fans had been installed. This job was completed in one day, and the workmanship was excellent, as was their cleanup. Based upon his previous assessment, I will use the company for future work that should make my home safer and more energy-efficient. Cameron came out and gave me a proper assessment of a number of electrical issues I needed addressed. He was able to fix ALL the issues plus a couple additional things he found during his inspection. I wouldn’t use any other company in the future.

We had a tremendous amount of work that needed to be done, including total upgrade of electric in the home, installation of generator, adding many new fixtures and outlets to name a few. Absolutely amazing. Ryan was the best you could ask for. He professionally installed under kitchen cabinet lighting which I completely love. I recently purchased a home in Orlando close to the Universal and Disney area for one of my children and roommates to live in. It needed a little work and electrical was on the list, I contacted a few electrical companies to give me bids and I was most impressed with Smartron. My estimator Ryan was wonderful to work with, he explained, in detail, everything Smartron would do and the pricing was very reasonable - Now all the while, I'm handling this work while living in New Orleans. In the office Laura kept me up to date as to when the crews would be arriving to perform the work and answered any question I had. Their crew would always arrive on time and performed the work within the time frame they promised, On the job, which I was there one day, I was very impressed with Colin, you can tell he's very skilled, he does great work and plus, he's super polite. I have my own Flooring Service in the New Orleans area and I appreciate service companies with good people, wonderful service and skill. They made this experience very easy for me especially since I was handling it most of the time while I was not in Orlando. I highly recommend Smartron !!!

A professional and straightforward company that cares more about the customer's needs than rushing to the next appointment. I had a great conversation with Cameron St. Gelais who not only addressed my concerns about the projects I needed done, but provided other concerns that may be of importance at a later date. After almost two hours of a casual professional conversation, Cameron laid out several different options to accommodate my electrical needs while explaining in detail the work required, what to expect from the service and the guarantees the company provides if you decide to go with their service. A better experience than most other electrical big box companies where you are more of a number in the line than an actual customer.

Colin did a great job. Charismatic and clearly explaining every detail of a deeply complicated problem that confounded my amateurish attempts at fixing. Having been without AC for several days due to a lack of power going to my Thermostat the relief I felt when the power was switched back on was palpable.
