Josh has serviced our pool for two years, anytime we have had an issue he has been right there to provide an answer or fix the problem. He goes out of his way to help us out and we are very grateful. Our pool always looks amazing!

Our pool was headed for trouble as our last pool guy skipped out on us. With the hot, rainy weather, it was getting green fast. After reading reviews, I contacted Joshua. He answered the phone and made plans to look at the pool within a day or two. He got started right away and had the pool cleared up in no time. He also helped us identify a leak that needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Joshua based on our experience so far.

Josh provides a service that is slow and often times unreliable. He would promise to come out at a set day of the week and it would fluctuate. Always an excuse as to why the date would change. For the price charged per week you would expect a higher notch of service. Also, when I was laid off few months ago had to suspend the service and recently when asked Josh to resume the service since we were just used to him he said he may have to charge more depending on the pool condition. He didn't charge "more" depending on the pool condition when he began the service a year ago. Pretty disappointed overall with the level of service provided. Sure it is a positive note he warned he "may have to charge extra" to come back.

Pure and Simple Pool Care has being doing our pool since I purchased a rental house back in May of 2013. I decided to continue the same service he had done for years for the previous owner. She highly recommended his service and I decided to continue it with the same company. Joshua (pool guy) is always providing the weekly service and is always there when I need an advice or have any questions concerning my pools. Now I had purchase another house with a pool and is in the process of getting resurfacing and even though he does not do this type of work he had given me great advice and recommending the right company to do the job. I highly recommend his service.

I am not reviewing all Royal Maid Services - just the Winter Park location. I have been a customer with this branch for over 8 years and was happy before, but when the new owners took over about 3 years ago everything went downhill. Their office manager (Sidney) is completely incompetent at scheduling, resulting in the teams often being late or rescheduled last min. I have had several times when I was waiting and they did not show up, or Sidney calling the morning of the clean to change the time or tell me someone quit. They are NOT professional nor respectful of your time. Almost every team I have had has complained about Sidney’s inability to schedule properly.
The company recently raised prices and tried to say their employees needed to feed their families, which of course they do. BUT, I was paying $70 per hour for a team of 2 - so $35 per hour per person. How much was the company keeping that the employees can’t feed their families?? This over scheduling (teams have complained to me saying they had 4 homes per day to clean) and low pay resulted in much turnover and unhappiness in their employees. The model in the ads looks happy but that is not who is coming to your home.
I have fired this company and glad not to be doing business with them anymore. It’s really a shame as at the start it was a good company.

They do an amazing job! I have used them for every day cleaning as well as a moving deep clean. Professional, thorough and courteous are an understatement. If you need a quick clean or a move out deep clean call them! The owners are amazing and get involved. Quality starts at the top.

We have used Royal Maids for over 3 years. They do a fantastic job! Always going above and beyond to be professional and accommodating. They are a pleasure to work with and I love coming home to my beautifully cleaned house.

I have used Royal Maid Service for 3 years now, and I continue to be impressed with their quality of work and professional treatment of customers. I love coming home after they have cleaned- everything looks and smells clean and fresh. And I never worry when I am not home and they are cleaning. They are very honest and trustworthy. Last week one of my glasses was broken by accident... it was immediately reported to me, and within 1 week a new one was shipped to my doorstep. This is exceptional these days... it would have been easy to just throw the glass away and claim ignorance. I believe this speaks volumes to the quality of people who clean for Royal Maids as well as the owners. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was very happy with the initial cleaning. The ladies were punctual, worked in an efficient manner, did a full scrubbing of cabinets up & down. Even moved area rugs to clean under them. Very thorough in doing their job.

We have been using Royal Maid Service for many years and have never had any problems with any of their cleaning teams. All have been attentive and friendly. But our latest cleaner, Sydney, was especially thorough, reaching to dust high and low and leaving our home spotless! We were very happy with her work and hope she can become our regular team. Royal Maids always notifies us the day before their scheduled arrival to let us know when to expect them. We feel safe with them in our home and they always do a terrific job.
