I have had this pool service out once a week for 2 years now and rain or shine Max our pool guy always comes! It’s nice to have peace of mind knowing the pool is taken care of. Overall happy with the service besides the waste of paper from each service. Hoping they go paperless son and find a way to digitally sent the service chemical levels/ info.

I was a faithful longstanding customer of this company. I paid every single month on time. I went on vacation for 30 days and notified him twice by email ahead of our trip. We had already paid the bill the day before but he clearly did
not check before he started to send harassing and unprofessional text messages to my personal cell phone. I fired him and I'm currently waiting for a refund for a half month of service.i recommended you chose a different pool

I’ve recently purchased a home and the pool in the home had several spots of black Algae. I hired a pool maintenance company who promised me that they can deal with the issue, however after 2 ½ months of their service I noticed no change. That of course prompted me to start looking elsewhere. In my search I landed at Prestige. I spoke to Tony and he was awesome from the beginning. He came to my home the very next day to assess the situation. He was very honest in his explanation of expectation vs reality, and I really appreciated that. He did a treatment that day and advised me on the things I could do to help prevent it from coming back. I noticed the difference almost immediately. Not only that, he even went as far as coming out the following day just to make sure all was well , and It WAS! Needless to say I am excited about continuing a relationship with Prestige and look forward to many years of service. I truly appreciate Tony and his dedication. Thanks Tony!

Tony and the guys at Prestige are great. We bought a vacant house with a pool that hadn't been cleaned for 3-4 years. We called around to numerous guys and no one wanted to do it, in fact they told us we couldn't do it and we'd have to resurface the entire pool. Tony came out and two weeks later we're swimming in it! He came out every day for two weeks to get this thing working and it looks/works great. On top of that we needed some new hardware and he orders it direct from the manufacturer and installs with no fee. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Tony De Fabrizio and his company, Prestige Pools! Our pool needed help! He made it look like new in less than a week, everything is running perfectly. Dependable, professional and his prices are very reasonable. We are looking forward to enjoying it, while his pool service takes care of it weekly!

Tony has been cleaning and servicing our pool for several years now. He is always here each week, the same day taking care of our pool. Prior to Tony, we 'managed' our pool ourselves - it was frequently green and hard to keep looking nice and inviting. Since Tony we have NEVER had any weeks where our pool didn't look pristine. He is always looking out for our best interest and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My tech comes rain or shine. We have an open pool surrounded by trees that rain leaves year around, i don't know what we would do without our guy vacuuming that out every week. Before him, i tried keeping it up but i couldn't stop it from turning green every week. Prestige keeps it from turning and keeps it clean. I recommended them to my neighbors.

John is a qualified Poole technician. He allows us to know what is going on as he does it. Knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He is a valuable employee and wears the name of the company well.

Horrible pool service! Tony is extremely rude and hung up on me. His pool cleaner tried to troubleshoot over the phone. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new pool pump that would cost anywhere from $1500-$2000. The owner did not call me or try to schedule an appointment to come out and solve the issue. I googled what could be wrong with my pool pump. It needed a reset and works completely fine. When I called Tony three days later, he said I would need a new pool pump that would cost $1900 and that he is the one that would come out and install it. He did not say, let me come take a look and see what we can do. Read the reviews and stay away from this pool company

After reading his review- he emailed me prior asking me to take down his one star review. Said it was “a low blow”. To clarify- he increased my price to $120 a month from $100 after a year of service. No problem. Had to buy 2 filters- no problem. Stood over the pool guy for a very good reason- I’m invested in understanding why my pool was having issues. Only one day- power went out as I explained prior. Just needed a reset and I didn’t have time to troubleshoot in morning while pool tech showed up in afternoon. 8 hours with pool pump not working. But I guess I should’ve taken his advice and spend $1900 on a new pump!!! Wow! Saying that I was rude to his pool tech? If that was the case, why keep me on as a client? Makes no sense! Always tried to upsell me on something. Found a great pool service which is actually less than they charge and knows how to fix pumps! Good luck Tony!

Very attentive, pro-active and reliable, not to mention our dogs love them. Max not only takes care of the chemicals, he communicates if added attention is needed plus the pool looks awesome!

We have been customers of Prestige Pools for 7 years and counting now. They are the only ones we trust with our pool. Their customer service is outstanding and they really pay attention to detail. Our pool has turned green a few times due to the ever changing Florida weather throughout the years and they get it back to blue withing a few days. They know what they are doing and we highly recommend them for all your pool care needs.

After a poor experience with another pool service company we made a switch to Prestige and were thrilled with the results. Tony and his crew were incredibly professional. A pool servicer showed up around the same time on the same day every week, took great care of our system, and left behind a paper detailing the work done and any issues that were found. And all this came at a better price then our previous company. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone in the area who's unsatisfied with their pool service.

This company has been servicing my pool for years. They show up every week, rain or shine (even with an incoming hurricane). Very professional and reliable. They don't just show up and dump chlorine in my pool but they take the time to perform a complete service including weekly chemical testing. Water looks amazing all year round.
