The team over at Servpro were very attentive to my situation as I had a pipe burst in my master bathroom. Ernesto and Yuca were communicative and answered all my questions. When my sisters home flooded while she was on vacation, Servpro responded within two hours, developed a plan of attack, advised me what to expect and got busy right away! Ray was my first contact, and he communicated with me throughout the week, returned calls promptly and addressed my concerns with honesty and compassion. His assistants Mariana and Elias took great care with her possessions and were engaged throughout the process. By weeks end, they were able to save her solid hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets, as well as all of her contents, with minimal damage to walls. I truly felt they partnered with me and give the team an enthusiastic thumbs up! In addition, Servpro’s state of the art equipment made a real difference in the outcome.
