Been looking for a contractor for the past year and I am pleased to say this was the best one I have ever done business with..and I have dealt with a lot.

They used all license subcontractors for the electrical plumbing and roofing. Awesome workers great quality work nd most important respect and well taken care of will definitely keep in contact for future projects

Rob isn’t even a licensed contractor. He didn’t complete my job. Be aware of the overcharge. Shady for sure.

This company is the worst , be aware ! Look at the workmanship. Then comes in demanding money when he is not completed .

Failed he lintel inspection. Was told to “ pour at your own risk “ RGC pours the beams anyways after inspector told them not to proceed with new work until this was corrected.

Built trusses that were to cantilever and now require a beam. Missing blocking I the roof , roof not nailed off according to code or the plan, bad block work. Roof deck is very bad , up and down like the did not run a string line I anything.

It gets better , so RGC files a lean and then threatens the homeowner to foreclose on the lien. Blowing there phone up all day.

Comes to my office and is very confrontational and acts like he wants to fight or something.

Then he goes out and waited at the house with a miner and no one home. She was very nervous, just WOW , I really can’t believe what I am writing but true. So we called the police to have Rob removed .

He also decided to place a review on our page . Now everyone can see the truth.

Ricardo replaced a door for me with a fire rated door in my garage. He was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed. I appreciated the quick turnaround as this was needed as part of my home sale and he made it happen. Very professional and the door looks fantastic! I’m very pleased :)

5 stars for Speeddry! Our home's 1st floor was flooded and they came right out with big commercial dehumidifiers and fans and dried everything out. Due to their expedited service, we had no mold in the house. I would recommend them highly. They got the job done right! Thank you Speeddry!

I had them take care of the roof replacement, interior water damage, and mold remediation in my house. They did an excellent job. The new roof is solid and they installed a self adhered water resistant barrier under the shingles. They even provided me with a wind mitigation report and a 4-point inspection so I can get a discount on my insurance. The interior came out flawless too. No more mold. Five stars!

Speed Dry replaced my roof very quickly after hurricane damage.
I was so pleased with their service, years later, I had them install my new kitchen in a 1980 basic condo where the laundry and water heater are in the kitchen. The workmanship and installation of the cabinetry was so well done that when the countertops came in, those workers were very complimentary about a clever solution of the tankless water heater cabinet that can be slid out in the event the appliance has to be serviced in the future. Of special note, that cabinet had a small tiled area where the new cabinets did not meet the tile that had been previously installed- they matched the tile and now it looks absolutely perfect. The appliance area is hidden in the cabinets, giving the 1980 kitchen space a modern feel.
