Highly Recommend! I searched specifically for a Native Florida and Florida Friendly Landscaping business and spoke with multiple companies who were “familiar” or “worked with” these plants, but it wasn’t their area of expertise. When I finally found Wildscape Designs and talked with Rick, I knew I had found exactly that!

He walked with me around my yard and listened to my ideas, wants, and concerns. He spoke to me about the different areas and what would grow best where and the reasons why. I could tell he was truly passionate about what he does, and I never felt any type of pressure. A few days later he sent me the proposal and we got to work.

I wound up with a truly magical space - not just a landscape, but as the name implies, a Wildscape of thriving flowers and bushes to support local wildlife such as birds, pollinators, and more! I have a peaceful space now to enjoy the life around me.

This project was, and still is, a very personal journey for me. The garden was originally planted for my mom, who lived with me and had dementia. She passed away in 2022, and in early 2024 I found myself facing a devastating cancer diagnosis. Rick and his team, Addam and Rick (there are two Ricks), worked hard to get things cleared and planted in ways that would physically allow me to enjoy my time in the garden. They even surprised me with a seating area designed with my special needs in mind, making it easier for me to access with my cane or walker.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Wildscape Designs. I recommend them and even look forward to continuing my yard journey with future projects!! I also can’t forget a shout out to Addam, who would have given Paul Bunyan a run for his money by chopping away at an oak root the size of a log to remove it so I wouldn’t trip over it later on. They are a great company of great people.

I wanted a Florida native garden to encourage wildlife and minimize maintenance, but was so overwhelmed doing it myself! Wildscape Designs was the perfect solution. Rick is so knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our family's needs and he designed a landscape that exceeded our expectations. He is so responsive to our questions and takes the time to help educate us more about the Florida native plant lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Rick started with a mess. Our side yard was mostly palmettos with a three huge tree trunks hidden inside. He removed the stumps, all of the palmettos and renewed the space with Florida native, pollen and butterfly attracting plants. It is beautiful! It has only been a week, but each day, on my walk, I notice little changes. Another flower has blossomed, or a different plant has bloomed, or a grass that was lying down has really taken hold and is standing up now. I walk through the paths Rick created and our yard has become a plant wonderland! We look forward to the growth and development of the area and we are thoroughly enjoying the change in our vista. Thank you for all your hard work. The results are amazing.

I had the absolute pleasure of having the Wildscape Designs team work their magic in my backyard with new landscaping that incorporated native plants and was tailored to the conditions in my yard. I was so impressed by the genuine passion they have for what they do and how efficient they are. I now enjoy the beautiful flowers every morning while I drink my coffee on my patio. I have been very pleased to have Wildscape Designs several times at my home to create beautiful beds of native flowers. Rick knows his native plants and has the knowledge of placement and follow up care. Wildscape Designs is a company that is needed in Central Florida and I hope we can spread the word so that more yards offer native flowering plants for our native insects, birds and mammals!

Wildscapes Designs did a fabulous job in my garden. Rick and his team of Addam, Charlie, and Tray work really well and efficiently together. They quickly decluttered my yard, planted trees, shrubs and other plants, installed trellises and made everything look neat and tidy. They have pleasant personalities, work hard and it’s obvious that they love what they do. Rick's gardening knowledge and guidance to a novice gardener such as myself was also much appreciated. He worked with me on what I was looking for, made practical suggestions and then they all made it happen. Every time I look out into my garden watching it grow, I'll be thinking of them and sending them good vibes. Highly recommend this business and hope others can benefit from their skills. I wish I had found them earlier!

I normally don't have the opportunity to post a positive review, but I'm happy to say I can do that after working with Wildscape Designs.

I recently contacted Wildscape Designs to enhance the front of my home with new bushes, and the result was nothing short of spectacular! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was quick to reply, professional and extremely friendly. The onsite crew checked in with me at each step to make sure I was happy with their work and once finished, they put back my garden hose and cleaned up the yard...something that not all companies have done for me in the past.

Rick and the crew did an excellent job clearing up my patio area and added beautiful landscaping. They contacted me 30 days after the job was done and even brought out a replacement for a palm plant that didn’t make it. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient! Can’t recommend enough :)

We gave Rick “free rein” to do low maintenance landscaping design in the back of our new home. He explained in detail what he planned to do.The crew worked so hard
and our new yard looks amazing!! Rick installed all native , healthy plants . He has been back to check (not once, but multiple times) all the plants and be sure we are 100% satisfied. The crew also pulled some weeds,
which was a big help to us… We are very lucky to have found Wildscape Designs. This company knows what they're doing , and they go above and beyond for their customers!!

Rick at Wildscape Designs came up with a great landscape design utilizing native plants and trees. The bees, birds and butterflies have been plentiful which was exactly what we were hoping for.
