We had a leak under the kitchen sink disposer. Modern Plumbing was able to get us scheduled for the next day (was not an emergency, so next day was great), showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The tech, Billy, was really professional and knowledgeable.

We had a clog in our Kitchen sink. The water was raising from inside the sink causing it to leak under the sink. Modern Plumbing sent out Thomas who did a phenomenal job. He was detailed when explaining the process to me before the job got done and was detailed when the clogged was cleared. I was able to see the drain with the camera as well. Thomas also did the inspection in the bathroom and laundry room. Thankful for the honesty and clarity, it’s hard to come by!

Chad came to my home to give me an estimate on replacement of my old water heater. He was very professional in assessing and explaining the problems that would be involved in this job, considering that a garage sink and mounted wall cabinet will have to be removed in order to remove the old water heater. Since a crew of two will be needed, the installation was not done today, but an update review will be posted after it is completed.
