Victor came out to our home to check for leaks. He was punctual, greeted me with a smile and his business card, extremely nice, very professional, took time to show things to me, explained everything he was doing, and was great with our dog. He made me feel very comfortable.

Tech: Victor Garcia is an amazing and awesome technician. He was on time for the appointment. He introduced himself then he handed me the company's card. His service was just excellent he told me what he was going to do before he did it, and throughout the process. Victor went all over the house looking for the leak. He did not give up he then walked all over the yard with his dectection equipment he kept looking and finally he found the leak. Praise God. Victor is very knowledgeable of what he was doing, very knowledgeable of the equipment that he was using, very friendly, very polite and extremely nice. very professional. They came out to look for a leak said the leak was in detectable and made excuses about why they couldn’t find it said I needed to get access to 3 neighbors homes and backyards if I wanted them to be able to look for it. I then hired another company who came and located the broken pipe under the slab in front of the house and American leak detection has not issued a refund I can’t recommend avoiding this business enough

Carl came to my home to look for leaks in my pool. He did an excellent job. He was polite, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He also took time to educate me on my pool system. I would highly recommend him and American Leak Detection for any job.

I was happy that Carl showed up early for our appointment. I have a large pool that was loosing about 5" - 6" a week. Carl spent 2 hours evaluating and repairing numerous cracks that contributed to the large lose of water. Honest crew! I had them come check out a leak that our city meter reader suspected due to his reading that day. Turns out, it was just a few toilets leaking and easily fixed with changing out the flappers in the toilet tanks. They only charged me for their time and gave me piece of mind that we didn't have a large leak as described by the meter reader.

My niece Veronica’s insurance company hired them to come out and verify where the leak took place in our home . We were very please with the level of professionalism , knowledgeable, and kindness the Tech that came out had his name was Carl. We felt very comfortable with him. Carl did an amazing job. He found the leak in our water service line using acoustic monitoring and compressed air. He was professional and courteous. I hopefully won't have to use their leak detection services again but if I do, I would not hesitate to do so.

He checked my entire pool and equipment, and even went full-scuba mode to inspect all drains and pool returns.
