I'm a neighbor of a customer. This service jumped the fence, trespassed onto my side and was spraying pesticides on my side of the property line and on my dogs as my dogs ran out and barked at him. What kind of people trespass and spray poisons on dogs? Shame on them.

Called at 9:59 this morning to verify appointment for today. Was told someone would be at my house within the hour. Called again at 1:23 and was told will be at your house in an hour and 15 minutes. It’s 3:30 and they are a no show. We try to use local companies but will never recommend this company. The sad part is their office is 5 minutes from our home

Fernando (Papi) from Papi's Lawn service called me and we both realized that we had missed correspondence. So there was a misunderstanding originally. Papi has been very professional and was very apologetic for the miscommunication. I look forward to working with him.

Papis Service is very good , They are reasonably priced and there work is good. Fernando the owner is honest and easy to work with.

Wish there could be a negative rating, which would have been applicable.... This business sounded promising, quote was received and once the covid-19 issue allowed for resuming work, we discussed tentative dates. Then there was the calls that went unanswered and messages that were not returned. Best advice is to have a backup plan with several landscapers. If they don't have the business etiquette to return your call, move on and don't waste your time with the unprofessionals associated with this business..

I called requesting service on a badly leaking lawn sprinkler head. The leak needed immediate attention. They were quick to respond. I was totally satisfied with how they worked with me to resolve the issue.

Worst customer service ever. Took maybe 6 weeks for them to come out and do the work. They will not return calls and then suddenly just show up without notice. The first pallet they brought was junk and I had to argue with them to not put it down. The second pallet was better, but not the best. Then I had some 10 pieces or so Die. They argued for weeks that I killed it and then said it was laid in the front yard, an area they didn't approve. Yet their tech was the one that placed it there. Forget a 1 year warranty, it's a joke and they will not honor it. Save yourself the trouble and Do Not use this company.

The lawn was sparse and bare before we started using Papi's Lawn Service. The lawn is now full of grass and edging is great since they have been coming for service every 2 weeks for a year or so.

Papis did a sod estimate for my property management company. I left 2 voice-mails a day and sent request via their website daily. It took a week for them to get back to me
When they did call, I spoke to a women I have never worked with before. She claimed the "homeowner" chose a different company and she "had nothing for me". I think they lost the estimate or didn't even do it. I have video of a strange individual on the property but nor he or his truck were branded but I assume it was them. She was also very rude, I would not recommend.

We've been using Papi's for a few months and we are VERY pleased with their service! Our shrubs look great and the attention they give to the yard is A-1. We definitely recommend them.

I grabbed a card from one of Papi’s guys about a month ago, as they regularly service an apartment complex across the street from me. Today, they parked their large vehicle in a no-park zone that blocked me from being able to get out of my driveway. Instead of moving the vehicle, one obnoxious guy stood there trying to give me directions on how to maneuver my car and kept telling me that “women need to be more patient.” I was FIFTEEN minutes late to a very important doctor’s appointment because of their laziness and ignorance. I will never hire this company, and next time, I will call a tow company. Absolutely unbelievable.
