I needed a new lawn maintainer and called this company several times. No one ever returned my call. I then attempted to contact them via online messages.
After close to a week, this is the response I received:

Good morning. I looked back at your request that you submitted late Friday afternoon, which our office was closed for the day. We responded to you yesterday asking for a little bit more information from you. I am sorry that 48 hour turnaround time is not understandable and acceptable in our busiest time of the year.
We wish you well.

I hope they treat their present customers better than prospective customers.

The Amelia Lawn & Landscaping Services team was prompt, thorough, and professional. They did an excellent job replacing our worn out front lawn and improving our irrigation system coverage, addressed all of our questions and concerns along the way immediately, and provided recommendations to establish and maintain the lawn long term. We’ll definitely continue to do business with Andrew and his team for our future lawn care and landscaping needs!

I found Amelia Lawn and Landscaping after moving to the area and having several other companies not show, not return calls or tell me just to call when I needed service and they would try and work me into their schedule. I needed a service I could schedule and depend on. Almost 8 years ago I became a customer of Amelia Lawn and Landscape. They take great care of my lawn and never have to worry about it not being completed or my lawn not getting the best service. The back of my property needed some addition help with the overgrowth this Spring. I got an estimate from Andrew, I accepted it, he told me he would schedule it and much to my surprise John and Chris arrived on site this morning. I was expecting a couple weeks before I would be able to be scheduled. John and Chris did such a great job and it wasn't an easy job. It's surprising how much 'grows' in and how thick it gets- the took care of it in no time. Not only did they take care of the area that needed to be cleaned up, but they also cleaned up so much so- you would never though they were there, except the backyard looks so much more open and brighter. John and Chris were so kind and helpful- thank you!!! Thank you, Amelia Lawn and Landscape for always taking such great care of my lawn!

Mark and team were extremely conscientious workers. They were courteous, communicative, & friendly. They worked efficiently and stayed until the job was done, even working through the rain. They came back to make a few adjustments and even carried a table in from my truck for me! They went above and beyond for us and we appreciate their professionalism as well as pricing. (They actually refunded us after the job was completed because they didn’t have to use a downspout previously quoted for.)

Highly recommend Mark for all your electrical needs. Accomplished a difficult project for us with ease, showed up at the appointed time and cleaned up after themselves. Licensed and insured, a Navy vet, gave me peace of mind.

Highly recommend these guys. They were extremely knowledgeable. Helped me understand everything clearly and was really affordable. Nothing better than being able to trust the people you hire to come into your home. My favorite part was walking around the corner to them singing along to their Christian music. You won’t find anyone more reliable than these two gentlemen. I called several people out and couldn’t get them to show up. Mark showed up quickly. Had an issue with a breaker tripping when we turned on garage lights. One of the "BIG" companies came out and stated all of our breakers needed to be replaced (house is only 4 years old) at a cost of $2500. Mark came out the next day and immediately diagnosed a ground fault in one of the light fixtures causing the problem. Breakers were fine and we just needed to swap out the bad fixture. Mark is professional, knows his stuff and is honest and trustworthy. Covenent Power Electrical is awesome!

I would highly recommend using HEC to anyone looking to have electrical work done. My husband and I were looking for someone to install carriage lights on the exterior of our home and recessed lighting in our kitchen. From the moment we spoke with Josh for a quote, we knew he was the one to hire. He was knowledgeable, but also very respectful and honest. His electricians, John and Bacon were fantastic! They went above and beyond, always making sure they cleaned up behind themselves and were very meticulous in their work. We are so thankful for the HEC team for helping us to upgrade our home!
