After a less than impressive visit from a competitor’s sales rep, I got a much more cordial visit from Shaun who explained my situation and options and had a unit installed a few days later. Post install, I called with some humidity concerns and Jon was there a few hours later to touch things up and we’ve been good since.
I didn’t track the names of the installers but everyone at Dayco made a painful process less painful than expected. Their high rating is well-deserved.

Dakota arrived way before scheduled time, but still provided a 20 minute call ahead to make sure we got the dogs put away. As soon as he arrived, we felt that this man knows his craft. He not only explained what was wrong, he also provided clear pictures and explained each one. He provided a few options to either repair or purchase a whole new system. We did not feel pressured either way. I would recommend Dayco Systems all day long and twice on Sunday.

First experience with Dayco Systems. Jon V. came out today and looked at one of our systems. Jon was very professional and respectful of us and our home. He was very thorough and gave a very reasonable assessment of a very old system. It is definitely in the time to replace stage of its life and so Jon got a guy out to discuss a system replacement. This has been a very good experience.
After the install, I can say that all of the folks we had the experience of dealing with from Dayco Systems have been exactly what we have been looking to find for several years
