There is a reason this company has all 5 star reviews. Our system stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday afternoon. I called the number on Google and Gary, the owner, answered the phone. He gave me a quick explanation on how to schedule a service call on his website. It was a very simple process and within four hours of my call Gary was at my house. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired within an hour explaining the process the whole way through.

If you’re looking for a quality HVAC contractor who is honest and fair look no further. Air Medics will be my go to from now on.

Gary was able to help us out after we had a plumbing emergency in order to have the plumbing issue completed we had to have some work done by an HVAC company. Gary responded to my call immediately and was able to work with our emergency within an hour. Gary is knowledgeable and does the job right, takes time to explain/answer my questions while working on the issue at hand. You will not be disappointed with the service Air Medics provides.

Highly recommend! Gary was very thorough in explaining what he was checking and testing during his inspection. He was easy to get in touch with and scheduled a time to come that was convenient for me. Called this morning to replace R-22 refrigerant on an old system. Connor ( the tech) showed up early with product and even vacuumed inside of the compressor housing for me. The man loves his job and it shows in his work and positive attitude.. Will recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Gary took the time to walk me through exactly why my AC wasn’t cooling and got everything back on track by adding the necessary R22 Freon. What really stood out was how professional, knowledgeable, and honest he was throughout the entire process. I had a great experience with Air Medics. Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the issues with clogged drain line that was causing water leakage, thoroughly cleaned everything, and topped up the refrigerant to get the cooling back to normal. Gary came out to look at our HVAC system within an hour of our call, which was such a relief. While the issue wasn’t a quick fix, he was incredibly informative throughout the entire process. He kept us updated on the progress, clearly explained what was going on, and made it a priority to get things resolved quickly. Gary was thorough, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. We really appreciated his professionalism and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with. Especially after my experience with another AC company who dispatched a tech this morning to my house who obnly took about 15 minutes here to advise me that my complete unit would have to replaced. When I called Gary, he was able to get here this afternoon and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the unit for less $350. A new unit would have cost me $15,000!

Gary came today did a run through, found the problem in the no time and fixed it. Gary even went out of his way to clean the water waste pump, change filter and VOILA!!

Excellent service by Conor! Conor was able to fit us in pretty quickly into his schedule for our annual maintenance on our air conditioner units. He's been doing our maintenance for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected both units inside and outside and did all the necessary checks. He also did temperature checks with the vents after to make sure it was properly cooling down rooms. We've now signed up for both the cooling and heating maintenance plan.

Just finished working with Gary to get my HVAC system back in operation. Not only was the response time for repair less than 24 hours, but he explained in detail all the issues that were occurring. Nice to be educated on what was going on with my system. A reasonable rate and very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend.

Well, straight to the point, no gimmicks, no jokes. Gary is a true PROFESSIONAL. Very HONEST, which is important in this business, and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE. I tested him with "my humble Youtube" knowledge 🙂 just to see. Gary fixed my clogged A/C drain in my attic by pinpointing the issue and walked me through the whole process of fixing it 10 days ago. So the pleasant surprise came at the end. 2 days before i was told by a contractor from another well-known company who came for a diagnostic, that the price range will be from 1600 to 2100 dollars to fix my clogged A/C Drain in my attic. Second instinct made me call AIR MEDIC based on review and thanks to Gary who fixed my issue for little less of 220 dollars. I'm glad, i did my homework. I will recommend Gary anytime, any days , he loves what he's doing and he is very honest period.

Gary serviced our 10 year old condensor units, which turned out to have sick capacitors and needed a refrigerant boost. We opted for the 2x/yr service contract which included those things as well as a much-needed foam inside-out coil washing. We look forward to the fall furnace tune-up.

Gary was very honest and professional. He was able to detect why my AC was not cooling in just a matter of minutes and explained the whole process while at it. I appreciate his quick response and knowledge of the job. Had someone else come out before him and they did not do a good job. What they missed, he corrected with so much ease and I am happy with the job.
