Highly impressed with Absolute Plumbing. The CSR was extremely nice and was able to schedule me for same day service. Nate our plumber was very friendly and guided us through every step. He helped us make an informed decision on the plumbing work we needed done. They completed a drain repipe and filter installation. We’re completely satisfied and will recommend Absolute Plumbing to everyone we know!

Nate and Evan showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. They answered all my questions and gave me options for resolving the identified problems. We are proceeding with repairs tomorrow!

We just experienced our 3rd pin hole leak and our previous plumber was unavailable. Absolute came out quickly on a weekend which we were thankful for. After the leak was located, I was told it would cost $1025 to repair. Again, this is our 3rd leak and the most we had paid previously was $315 for an equivalent amount of drywall to be cut in that repair. The technician was working for less than 1 hour of labor for that insane cost! My opinion is they were taking advantage that I was a woman home alone wanting water restored and we will not be recommending this company.

Dan from Absolute Plumbing was here today regarding a water leak. Did an outstanding job in getting my problem corrected In one day. And connected all the right people job well done!!

Have used Mike Chastain for 20 years but things have changed since his company was acquired. Now the people that come out are more salesmen than plumbers. They were asked to come out and swap a leaky pot filler. Took less than 20 minutes. I was charged almost $1300. When I questioned why it was so expensive they said my wife had agreed to $1500 and they were giving me a discount. Since she wasn't home, I told them to go ahead. When I reached her she said she wasn't given a quote. And the lady that answers the office phone confirmed they don’t qive quotes in advance. So I was lied to.

They actually spent more time trying to sell me an $8000 halo water filter system and hot water heater than they did actually working.

Speaking of the Halo water filter system, the last time they came out, they told my wife our chlorine levels were really high and we needed the system. When I got home, I sent samples out for independent water testing and our results were in the normal range. So lied to again.

I do not recommend this company.

Evan and Nate were great. Explained everything I needed in detail in an understandable way for a layman, and gave me a bunch of options to try to fit my budget.

Spencer has always been amazing to me and every time he comes out and do work for me or anything I need he always make sure everything’s done correctly and I appreciate him more than anything. Five stars for me all around.

Had a leaky faucet that wouldn’t quit like it was trying to spill secrets at 2 a.m. Jake from Absolute Plumbing came through, shut it down, and had us back to peace and quiet in no time. Quick, clean, and cool to work with. Big shoutout to Jake for the fix and the good vibes. If you need a plumber who actually knows what they’re doing (and makes it look easy), call Absolute and ask for Jake!

Phoenix Evan Dylan and Austin were amazing. I had a leak at my house called them out came out same day diagnosed my leak and also gave me a free inspection walked me thru everything explained everything and was very thorough. Went with the big package they offered me which included repipe, filter, water heater and some
Drain work. The install team came in covered everything kept everything clean and was done the same day. I’m so pleased and happy that I went with them not only for their service but the professionalism was amazing. I’m so happy with my experience and all the work that was done. 5 stars for the Absolute team
