This is a family run business who provides customer service without thinking about it.
Have been a customer for over 10 years. Service is always within the time frame stated and receive calls back after hours when something has occurred unexpectedly. Luckily, that isn't required often. Always a pleasure to have Emily as my tech she knows her HVAC units.

Paul is an invaluable resource and good man. He has been there for me in the primary residence as well as the rental. I really appreciate that I can trust him, his expertise, and reliability.

Always receive quality service from David and his staff. They provide estimates that are actually needed and never try to upsale or force you to receive items that you don't need. I've used them at two different residences and will continue to do so as long as there's no change in the customer experience.

Very professional company - from office to tech to answering service. Could be more reliable. Whenever we've had a problem Emily shows up ASAP to take care of it - sometimes the same day. Always on time, always solves problems, always maintains the systems on schedule and properly. Emily is always extremely pleasant and I look forward to her visits.

CoolMax is always great to work with. They are honest, friendly, and on time. Our system is 24 years old, and we always expect to be told it needs to be replaced. But it only needs a little maintenance each time and keeps on working. The staff are always friendly.
