Reviews of local pros in Athens, Georgia

Our bath drain broke under the house. Advanced Plumbing came and repaired. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend.

Very prompt service and professional work, going above and beyond the service call. As a new home owner, I can guarantee I will always call advanced for my plumbing needs and will always refer them.

Advanced plumbing is the only company we trust! Wonderful technicians that know what they are doing and don’t rip you off!!!
We have tried many plumbing companies but this one is by far, the best!!!

Competent, knowledge and always professional. Once again, they went above and beyond. They didn't just clean out our sewer line for a fair and reasonable price. They took time to educate us, answer questions and provide helpful detail.

They wanted to come right out, but I told them the next morning would be ok. Jacob was great, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and had the right tools. I will definitely call them again!

Jacob & Zach were professional. They addressed our issues while keeping me in the know in regards to the charges as we were incurring. Definitely would recommend there services to all. Reasonably priced as well.

The only company that called back.came on short notice without extra fees.helped me locate the water shut off despite this being a sewer issue.extremely professional. Showed me some tips to prevent future problems.i now have them on speed dial for future reference.I will not call anyone else for sewer issues again.highest rating possible.

Excellent all around service fom the call with the receptionist to the actual repairs! They arrived quickly, were very polite and efficient. I'm so thankful to finally come across a good plumbing company!

These guys are amazing to work with. They communicate well on the front side and leave the job site clean. They know their stuff and take their jobs seriously. We've used them a handful of times and each time we have been completely satisfied with their work. Definitely would recommend them.

Highly recommend Kelsey and Advanced Plumbing! We had another plumber out who had told us nothing could be done to improve/replace the shower head in our 1930's master bathroom without a major wall-ripping remodel, and Kelsey took barely 30 minutes to install a new shower head on a slide bar to also give us more height. Experience in the field makes a huge difference! He also quickly repaired two leaking faucets (also old fixtures) and was familiar with the name/make of the 1960's kitchen sink and faucet, explained the holes in the tile above the newer toilets, and knew the history behind everything else in the un-remodeled bathrooms.

We've had a few plumbing catastrophes and they've always been fast, done a wonderful job and were always courteous. I hope you never have plumbing issues, but if you do, I highly recommend them. Wonderful people!

We’ve used Advanced multiple times in five years—home with 1980s plumbing and they always deliver excellent service, transparently price their expenses on projects, and give great advice when you’re unsure of what the problem is ‘exactly’. They've helped us out with real emergencies digging out piping in cold rainy conditions, providing courteous and friendly service.

They did an excellent job pumping our septic tank. They have the small truck so were able to get much closer to the tank and do the job much quicker. With the larger truck most companies use they are limited where they can go due to both size and weight of the truck. All equipment was clean and well maintained and the two young men doing the job could not have been more professional and courteous. After they left there was no indication they had been there - walkway gravel replaced and groomed. Definitely recommend.

I had a constant running water running issue that the water department alerted me to. I called Advanced Plumbing and they did a great job. The technician (Kelly) showed up on time, he was very professional, diagnosed my problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this company.

Day before Thanksgiving and we noticed water in the front yard with guests coming in. The technician (Colin) was punctual and professional. Left the yard looking great and repaired the busted pipe in a timely manner. Fair price also. Advanced will be our go-to the next time a plumbing issue comes up.

My experience was great. I had a water heater issue and a leaking toilet. Kelsey and Collin were able to come over within a few hours of calling. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They had the water heater running in less than 30 minutes and the toilet's wax seal replaced and the leak fixed in less than 15 minutes. They also answered all of my questions and seemed more than happy to look at a few other plumbing issues in my 35-year-old house (two sinks and a leaking hose spigot).

I have never met a another plumbing company that says its a 24 hour service and mean it! They are the best around and will stay on the job until all your needs are met! Great prices! If you ever need just normal plumbing work or it's an emergency your defiantly gonna want to have there number on speed dial!

I had two water leaks under my house
Advanced Plumbing came out and fixed the two leaks with plastic water line splices. Approx time to repair lines was 1 1/2 hours. Also changed water filter. Did not present a bill. Cost: 1300.00 dollars Not Happy!!!

Knowledgeable, professional, and quick. We had our toilet back up and start coming out of out bath tub drain. Their response time was quick, the pipes were cleared quick, and they answered all of our questions. Great group of guys. Highly recommend.

Kelsey Davis and his team do great work! I highly recommend them. They've been out to my house twice now for different issues. Each time the work was completed the same day I called. There prices are honest and fair. I've worked with many plumbing contractors over the years, Advanced Plumbing is by far the best.

Called over the weekend and Colin spoke with me for over an hour trouble shooting all the issues we were running into and built a case for us that could be used when someone visited during the week to save time (and money for us). Jacob visited us on Wednesday on time with all the information he needed and got right to work. He resolved the issue and and even educated me on our septic system all within an hour. I even got to bounce some other small plumbing questions off of him while he was there which he helped with. Really could not have had a better experience with everyone that works here. We will be a lifetime customer without question!
