This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out, but four days later they called to say the technician could not make it. They didn’t offer any options to reschedule or try to resolve the issue.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold for an extended period, only to be told they couldn’t reach one and then they hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I purchased my LG dryer through Home Depot, and unfortunately, they subcontract to this company. Based on my experience and similar reviews from others, I strongly recommend avoiding this company if possible. It seems they continue operating this way because they are backed by larger retailers. -

The repairman never showed up to repair my washer. When I called customer service, I was asked to re-schedule or find another company. No apologies and no concern for the time I wasted waiting for the repairman. It made my blood boil! This is the worst appliance repair service company I ever dealt with. Please save yourself a headache and do not use them.
