The Appliance Gals was very professional. Eunice was kind, as well as friendly. Sharonda is the best!! She explained to me what was going on with my washing machine, the part needed was order and repaired in a timely matter. Their number has been saved in my phone.

We were extremely pleased with The Appliance Gals. Sharonda came out on a Thursday and diagnosed the problem, then got a replacement part and worked us in on Friday so that we had a working dryer for the weekend. Our dryer is 30 years old, so we fully expected to have to replace it, but Sharonda repaired it and it works perfectly. We also appreciated how Eunice took our order and kept us informed as to scheduling.

Our refrigerator sent us both on a frustrating journey, and the Appliance Gals had our backs along the way. Sharonda is wonderful to work with, she's friendly, punctual, and brings with her tons of experience.
Our refrigerator is in working condition again, but it did take 3 weeks time to get it done, waiting for 2 compressors to arrive from Whirlpool. (The first replacement failed immediately because of blockages in the lines that might have been undiagnosed.)
