We would give this company six stars if possible. Michelle designed for our property a retro 1940s update with a modern twist. Turned out fantastic!!

I wanted to update a 90’s master bathroom and a friend told me about Change Your Bathroom. Michelle’s designs are so bold and brite with natural materials. The best part - cleaning made easy! My new Change Your Bathroom bathroom looks cleaner all the time. This year I’ll be updating all the bathrooms in my home!

I needed a new glass custom shower door for steam shower. The price was hard to beat, and from measurements to installation took no time at all. I'm happy with the quality from the stainless steel handle to hinges everything is solid and stylish. Cant wait to pick out and install my new tub next!

As a designer I have used Change Your Bathroom for several bathroom and kitchen projects. Everyone of my clients had a great experience working with them. I can trust them to do the job right and stake my reputation on their quality work. Thank you Change Your Bathroom for making my job easy and my clients happy.

We had Change Your Bathroom out for a master bath project. We could not have been more pleased. Our project had "issues" that we knew about going in, and we needed someone who could work with pre-existing structure and think a bit "outside the box." They did a fabulous job and we could not be happier with the results. Incredible dust control system, and icing on the cake -- when they left, we had absolutely NO clean-up to do behind them. Could not recommend anyone more highly.

Fast to respond. Michelle and Jesse were both friendly, professional and efficient. Jesse arrived on time and early in the window. He did an excellent job and work site was clean all the way through to the completion of the job. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Changeyourbathroom, Inc did a suburb job of installing a tankless water heater and problem solving a number of plumbing and electrical problems with the install. We are grateful to Jesse and Michelle. Jesse is a wonderful plumber and very knowledgable. It is hard to find people with the professional skills this company has, especially with tankless water heater installs and problems. Michelle kept us informed and researched options for us. This is a professional team, determined to get it right for the consumer, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Jesse performed plumbing work in our home during the holidays. He corrected a horrible plumbing job that another company supposedly repaired. Jesse installed a 40 gallon hot water heater, expansion tank and a regulator valve. The time it took to assess the problem, undo the incorrect work, then complete the work properly required extra time and a lot of patience. This is not the first time Jesse has done work for us but it is the first time we have written a review. He demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and a ton of professionalism. Thank you from the Bells.

We have used Change your Bathroom for two projects. the first was a complete renovation of the master bathroom. Michele was knowledgeable of places to use for tile and hardware. We were able to choose what we liked with some helpful advice. They actual started and completed on time. During the process Jesse and Josh always clarified anything they had questions about. We are very pleased with the bathroom. The next year they completed a powder room in the same professional way. I would recommend them as a complete bathrroom renovation service.

Outstanding support and service. From Michelle listening to our wants, needs and requests, her first response was always "Let's see how we can make that happen." She shopped with us to provide us with a wide-range of options and gave us the guidance we needed to put together a great bathroon. Her computer rendering was beautiful and had us hooked immediately on her design. However, the actual finished project far surpassed our expectations. Jesse and Austin paid incredible attention to details and are definitely "The A-Team" when it comes to renovations. Now my wife and I show pictures of our bathroom the way new parents show off their newborns!

Writing this review brings me no joy. I employed this company to remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen in the latter part of 2020. The work was "completed" in the second quarter of 2021. If I had written a review within the first year or so of the remodel, I would have given 5 stars and raved about their punctuality and responsiveness. Unfortunately, several concerning aspects of the workmanship began to surface.
Issue 1: We had commented to the omnibus workman (electrician, plumber, etc) working on our project that we had a delay getting hot water in our main bathroom. He recommended installing recirculating plumbing, which we agreed to do and, I believe, paid extra for. Once the work was completed, we were having even more issues with hot water, now in both bathrooms and the kitchen. I called in another plumber, who immediately pinpointed the issue as the new recirculating plumbing. He rerouted the water and the new problems were instantly remedied. At that time, I still thought highly of the company, said nothing, and chocked it up to one failed attempt. After all, we were no worse off than we were before (except out some money for the work).
Issue 2: Our new oven always had difficulty heating to temperature. I thought it was the stove itself, and since there is not much cooking in that space, didn't call an appliance repairman until 2024. The repairman immediately pinpointed the issue. The oven was fine and the problem was incorrect wiring not allowing enough amps to the oven. Now, this oven, as all the new appliances for this project, had been ordered and delivered into the remodel space for months while the project was being worked on. I still thought highly of the company and called Michelle to see about getting this one issue addressed. The response was disappointing to say the least. Michelle was extremely defensive and kept saying "her notes" indicated that they had not touched the oven wire that was in place before the remodel, so they were not responsible for it. The fact that the oven was sitting there staring the electrician in the face the entire time they were working on my kitchen, and that the same man in fact installed the new oven meant nothing. Apparently, I was supposed to understand the wiring requirements of the appliance, know that the current wiring was insufficient, and tell them about it during the renovation in order for them to have any responsibility. I expected they would send someone to take a look. Instead, I received a phone call with Michelle informing me she had priced out the "new work" and it would be several thousands of dollars for them to fix the issue. I asked her to reconsider this position and never received any other communication from the company. The issue has now been satisfactorily addressed for not even one thousand dollars. During the new electrician's visit, I had him look at one of my undercabinet light switches that had never worked (there were two installed, and the other did work), which brings me to Issue 3: the second undercabinet light was just installed over sheetrock. If I had ever been told that the plan was to install what appeared to be a fully functional light switch over plain sheetrock, I certainly don't remember it. It seems like something that would have stuck out, though, in my memory.
The design suggestions and responsiveness of the company during the project is keeping me from rating it lower. And, despite Michelle’s initial sight unseen quote, the fix for the oven was not at the end of the day super expensive. I am really trying to be fair about this, and perhaps the company simply overextended themselves in offering to do the kitchen remodel as well (I used a separate company for cabinets and counters, so really all they did in the kitchen was wiring, floors and the installation of appliances and fixtures). However, I do expect contractors to stand by their work, and unfortunately, that was not done in this instance. -
Another successful bath install by Change Your Bathroom. I just completed my 2nd bathroom remodel. Everything is expensive, especially labor, but you get what you pay for. I paid premium price to get my bathroom vanity, mirror, shower and accessories installed and premium service is what I got. Jesse is EXCELLENT!!! His work is impeccable. He installed everything so masterfully. I am so glad that he was able to assist on this project. I have not experienced great customer service lately, but Change Your Bathroom always delivers. I love working with Michelle. She gives wonderful suggestions and really knows the bath remodeling business. Wonderful experience again!

We highly recommend Michelle Fee and her team of skilled artisans and craftsmen at Change Your Bathroom, Inc. Over the course of 2.5 months, they transformed our 20 year old builder-grade master bathroom into a spa-like oasis that we will enjoy for years to come. From the first design meeting to the shopping trip where Michelle accompanied us to tile and fixture stores to help us pick out our finishes, her eye for detail was invaluable as we developed the plans for our bathroom renovation. After she finalized the plans and rendered them in a beautiful CAD drawing that enabled us to visualize exactly how our bathroom would appear, we commenced with construction using her team of contractors. Her team (especially Joshua and Jesse) were present almost every day of the renovation, and they are true master craftsmen with expertise in electrical work and plumbing. The dust mitigation system they used (a plastic tunnel that was put up and taken down each day, running from our bathroom directly to our front door) was incredible, and allowed us to sleep in the adjacent bedroom throughout the entire construction. Our bathroom remodel employed extensive tilework, and I was extremely impressed with the artistry of her team. What I was most pleased about, however, was how Michelle dealt with the few problems we encountered during the renovation (i.e. a showerhead mounted on the wrong wall of the tiled shower). She made very clear that our satisfaction was her chief priority, and all changes were handled without any resistance or pushback whatsoever, and at her cost. This sort of professionalism is incredibly rare amongst contractors, and is likely why she has earned superlative reviews on both Houzz and other review sites. While you can find cut-rate contractors elsewhere, for an incredibly high-quality job at a fair price with little stress, look no further than Change Your Bathroom, Inc.!

They lie. We have a small bathroom and they bid $18000 not close to the $8500 advertised. Run away from them
