Constraction reviews in Atlanta, Georgia

We had a great experience with Paul and the team at Survey Land Express. We just purchased a new home in Alpharetta and needed a survey ASAP to get a fence installed. They came within their promised timeframe and delivered the survey right on time as well. Paul was great to communicate with. We had asked a few companies for pricing and their price was the most inclusive, ultimately saving us a few hundred dollars for what we needed.

Used Survey Land express for a survey of our home. They were friendly and communicative throughout the process and did a thorough job surveying the property. I appreciated that they kept me informed during the actual site visit and asked questions about what my goals were with the survey.

I used survey land express to do a boundary survey with topography. Paul and his team were great. His communication was fantastic throughout the process. He was very informative and even gave me contacts in the county to get me going the right direction before using their services. He was prompt and clear regarding estimates, timeline, and their services. We needed a follow up visit and Paul’s team was there within two days free of charge.

Paul and his team were great. Paul was quick to respond to e-mails and questions. The on site team was polite and answered all of my questions during the survey and walked me through any unique conditions resulting from their assessment. Although there was a 1 week delay in producing my survey due to a request for city verification on an underground easement through my yard, Paul was up front and remained in communication throughout the process with regular updates on the status of the survey. I would recommend this group.

Paul and his entire field crew were exceptional. They were communicative, thorough, polite, and punctual throughout the process. Pinpointing and staking the property line with my adjacent neighbor was no small task. The lot is quite old, and there had been numerous informal, handshake agreements regarding boundaries prior to my ownership. Thanks to their expertise, all ambiguity was effectively eliminated.

The survey was done as requested and on time. They were very efficient and the document is quite detailed which is much appreciated.

Terrible with communication I spoke with Kate for a quote and gave her everything she needed to proceed. She said she will get back with me within 24 hours and I water and finally called today she never started the quote. I spoke with another person and they stated that they would send me a quote by the end of the day by 6 PM and I still have not heard from him and it’s 11:13 PM. I’m definitely getting the runaround and I’m tired of calling just for a simple quote. Do they not want my money?

I had an excellent experience with Mikiyas (Survey Land Express) They were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough in conducting the survey on my property. From start to finish, their team communicated clearly and completed the job with great attention to detail. Their expertise and precision gave me confidence in the results, and they went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional survey company. Outstanding service!

Survey Land Express provides great customer service. They are very efficient and professional. Very detailed in their work. Always responsive. I've worked with them in the past and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Survey Land Express is professional, thorough and they offer excellent customer service. Their initial communication detailed what we could expect and they delivered as promised. They also respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Even after the survey was completed and a neighbor tried to challenge it as a way to excuse why he built a shed on our property, Survey Land offered to look at the neighbor’s aerial survey and speak to their surveyor. Survey Land also pointed out an additional area of concern with the placement of the shed.

We now have to work with an attorney to get things straightened out but I will only deal with Survey Land going forward. The survey delivered was thorough and is incontestable.

I HIGHLY recommend their service.

Great experience. I had some extra issues on my end and they worked diligently to help me meet the deadline . Highly recommend!!

Bottom line: Expensive but excellent service. Would do business with them again.

We we impressed with how professional, and efficient they were. They did what we agreed to for the price we agreed to, and on schedule despite numerous weather related setbacks. Any time we called or emailed with questions they were promptly and courteously answered, very happy the service we received. Sticker shock is a real thing, but this is the sort of thing you want to be sure was done correctly.

I have a small home that has been in the family for seventy plus years that sits on a small lot. I plan to renovate the home but needed and updated site plan before starting the premitting process. That where Survey Land Express can into play for me. They were timely, professional and affordable. My architect has confirmed I have everything he needs to get started and I could not any happier with my experience with Paul Golovlev and his team for a great job.

I would highly recommend these guys. They were my choice for a second survey after The first company botched the job. I only wish I would’ve gone with them first.

Professional and reliable! I asked tons of questions but Paul was very responsive and patience. Highly recommend.

We’ve worked on a lot of different projects where the land required different details for the survey. Mikiyas has always been the backbone to make sure all our surveys are completed and delivered even in a short amount of time. We definitely appreciate the hard working team behind the scenes!

Excellent land surveying company—responsive, precise, and professional. Clear communication, fast turnaround, and truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend without hesitation.
