I’m so thankful to have used Mr. Al and company to do some well needed remodeling. He came in and removed and rearranged old work and repaired it with the new. He understands that when it comes to building, you have to tear some things down and move some things out the way and start on a fresh surface. He is very clear and communicates well. He knows how to get the job done.

I recently purchased a condo, and was in need of a general contractor that I could work with to perform ongoing repairs/upgrades for my unit. I originally solicited a quote from Productive Quality to repair some drywall and flooring that had been experienced flood damage from a broken pipe. They not only provided me a reasonable price for the repair, but were also extremely responsive & transparent throughout the entire process. Since that time, I have also utilized Productive Quality to perform various upgrades in my home: including Kitchen tile/countertops, Flooring, and a new fireplace surround. For every project, they have consistently completed all of my projects on time & budget (in line with their original estimates). These are qualities that are hard to find in most contractors. Hence, I would definitely recommend them as a general contractor that can address multiple repair/upgrade needs.

I used Productive Quality Construction to paint home interior, install hardwood floors, and to remodel fireplace. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the outcome of their work. Hired Productive Quality Construction to fix a poor deck job done by a prior contractor. Worked with Al who did an amazing job throughout the entire process. Al and his team completed the permits, demo, build, clean-up, etc. and did an amazing job building a beautiful 8 by 30 deck in the back of my house. I am very satisfied with the end result and I would recommend Al / Productive Quality Construction to anyone looking to perform home renovations / updates.

We have been in our home for over 13 years and wanted to upgrade our space to give it a fresh look and feel. We worked with Productive Quality Construction to complete our kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom and back fence renovation. Al and his team was able to work with us in getting our floors done within 2 weeks of the initial start of the contract. They were able to get everything done before our honeymoon, which was the biggest factor. Some items were not reinstalled, but after a text to Al, he personally came back to reinstall our cabinets and push back our fridge.
