I am very upset with the way things have been handled with this company. I was stopped at a red light and got struck from behind by their driver. It should be clear who is at fault, right? The office manager, Lauren, obtained a copy of the police report where it states their driver “is not sure if he struck my vehicle or not” although the evidence is clearly there and SHE decided to not take responsibility for the accident. Mind you, she never even filed a claim with Cincinnati Insurance. Whether he is unsure or not, it’s clear that he rear ended me. Perhaps he was texting and driving or just not paying attention? Regardless, an incident happened where their driver was behind the wheel of a company vehicle so a claim should have been made with their insurance and INSURANCE should be the ones to determine if responsibility will be taken or not. Myself and my 3 year old daughter were both in the car during this accident and thank goodness we are both ok, although she was a little shaken up at the accident scene due to the impact. Which, their driver also mentioned hisself at the accident scene before police came that he thought damage would have been a lot worse considering the impact was pretty hard. But yet he’s not sure if he hit me or not? Hmmm. Being that this is a major company, I cannot believe that this is not being handled in a more professional manor. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!!

Mayberry Electric is stellar! They offer great, prompt, professional service and their team is tops. In a post-Covid era where customer service is absent or deficient, they shine bright!:)

Mayberry Electric is one of the best Electrical companies I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Mayberry Electric is very responsive, professional, and I can count on them to help me with any electrical need at any time of the day/year. Mayberry is one of the few electrical companies that I know who provide A+ customer service. Mayberry Electric has provided training to many engineers in the industry through their training programs and are one of the best in class. I have been in the CRE Engineering for over 15 years and I trust Mayberry Electric with all my electrical requests.

Dustin O'Day the Service Manager at MAYBERRY has been a real HERO and MUCH help with the work being quoted and scheduled! His times are spot on and delivers what he promises! The workers are Professional and complete the work on time. I can not say enough Great Things about this MAYBERRY company! They are ALWAYS my FIRST call!

I was introduced to Mayberry by Carrah Golightly, the Director of Business Development, over 2.5 years ago and I have used them since then. On a recent major construction project, everyone from the project managers to the electricians did an outstanding job. They were professional, responsive and the work was of very high quality. I have also worked with them on miscellaneous electrical work, (big and small), and they performed with the same professionalism and high quality of work. I would highly recommend Mayberry Electric for all of your electrical needs…big and small.

Ryan was quick and efficient. He was able to come in a run his tests without disturbing our team meeting that was happening next to the area he was working on.
Ryan provided us with solutions and was open to answering all of our questions, he was even gracious enough to take a look at our thermostat and provide us with some guidance. -
I've had very positive experiences using Mayberry. They are dependable and have reasonable rates. One of the service managers, Dustin O'Day, always responds quickly to my service requests and provides thorough follow up.

I used this company through the building/tenant that I lease an office space from. It was bad from the beginning. The guy who came to write what all needed to be done took over 2 weeks just to give me a proposal. Then, they took over 2 weeks to start (which is not unreasonable during holidays). However, they came on a Wednesday to start work. I am not in the office everyday (because it’s not official open yet), and I returned that Friday, almost nothing had been done. I reached out to the tenant to see what the problem was, and they tenant said Mayberry “left unexpectedly with no explanation”. My business opening day was contingent upon Mayberry finishing their work, and when I asked about them returning, they gave a date almost 2 weeks later! Not only did they fail to complete their work on time, but didn’t even have the respect and professionalism to (1) let me know they had to leave early or (2) move me up on the list since they should have been done. When they finally returned, the new technician didn’t even have the complete to-do list and actually thought I (a small female) was going to get a 70-inch TV off of the wall for him to work (they never mentioned the TV needing to be moved). So they never completed all of the work that I told the original guy (Dustin) to do. I could tell Dustin wasn’t paying real attention to me during the walk-through, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that his expression didn’t match his memory. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They delayed my opening date by a month.

I'd do a negative star or zero stars if possible. These people sent a quote of $685 to install a light switch with a sensor. I looked up the exact light switch and it was $100. That is outrageous. Unless you want to pay highway robbery prices, stay away from these people!

I have an older home in Decatur and Craig has been awesome at troubleshooting and helping me update things. He is patient with my house and her issues. He responds in a timely manner and his prices are reasonable.
