I contracted them to install a new wire from my panel to an AC unit so that the AC company could complete their work. The day they were supposed to start no one showed up. I called the office and was given another start day and no one showed up again.

Good communication and Brown team was onTime. However, they were not prepared to install EV charger, did not have proper cable and conduit.

I was able to set an appointment with ease. The staff was polite and professional both on the phone and in person. The technician arrived promptly and the services were rendered in a timely manner. I am one satisfied customer.

I have an old house that wasn't grounded. Brown was very affordable and they were able to service me within days. They were timely, pleasant, and were very patient with me by explaining the whole process everytime I asked lol.

Darryl May's was an exceptional gentleman to deal with. On Saturday October 31st, 2020 the hurricane winds eliminated our power and unfortunately our Canter Generator was not properly working. Darryl came all of the way out to our home and was so very nice and was able to access and repair the problem and get our power restored. My hat goes off to Browns Electrical for a jod very well done. This man deserves kudos. Thank you

I am always skeptical, but gave this company a chance, and was blown away by wonderful service from beginning to end. After troubleshooting my problems, everything was fixed. These guys are honest and genuinely care about helping the customer. The pricing was reasonable, and I will be using them again if I ever have any trouble in the future. Job well done crew.

I cannot speak highly enough about Brown Electrical Services. As a whole their staff was professional, kind, and wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond my expectations to diagnose my needs and find the most cost effective solution to get my kiln set up. They were swift, effective, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was up, which helped garner my confidence and trust. Special shot out to the professionals sent to my home, and especially CJ who went out of the way to come back on a Friday to troubleshoot an issue that was the simplest error on my part. You all are tremendous and the world needs more people like you. If I need electrical assistance in the future, they will be the only people I call.

Overcharged my business to remove 4 ballast! Rude and unreasonable owner! He clearly stated that he overcharged me due to his technician coming out days prior to give me what was suppose to be a free estimate . I have 30 more locations that I need the same work done at , never again will I call this company. On a good note the two techs he sent were nice professional, on time and did a good job on the work .

Had Brown Electrical Services run a new circuit off of our panel and install an outdoor GFCI outlet on our 100 year old home. Overall, an excellent experience! They were responsive to my initial web inquiry (on a Saturday), accommodated our short timeline, and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Tay and his partner showed up on time, were very professional, and took time to talk through the best options given my request. They completed the job timely despite the challenges of an older home. Based on this experience, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Having dealt with multiple contractors in the past 20 years, I can safely say that Brown Electrical Services is one of the best companies I have hired. CJ was completely professional, prompt and knowledgeable and had excellent communication. He truly went above and beyond what I expected him to do, and was genuinely friendly without being overbearing. Quick response to my web inquiry, easy to make appointment. The tech arrived promptly, he looked, suggested, and started work. In a few hours or less all electric outlets were working no more having to go outside opening the box. If I needed to reset the outlets the tech shows me what I needed to do, meaning he replace the one I had and put in new outlets. So not only was the Tech knowledgeable he was professional too. The prices were fair so if I need to have more work done in the future, I will give Brown Electrical Services a call. Yes, I would recommend Brown Electrical Services.

I needed bathroom exhaust vents installed in an old house. Mr. Brown spoke to me about pricing and expectations. The install was not simple due to the age of my house however; the crew that came out was punctual and extremely professional. Mr. Brown followed up with a phone call to ensure that I was satisfied.
