5/5!! Will not only be recommending them to family and friends moving forward, I’ll definitely be giving them a call for any future tile restoration needs.
I was looking to get the caulking and grout in my bathroom shower and flooring redone, and must have called over 10 different contractors and companies who told me they could only do parts of the project and/or were pretty vague about the pricing/work they would do in there - even after I sent multiple photos of the problem areas and shower overall.
Thankfully I found D’Sapone simply reading reviews and looking at their before + after shots and immediately reached out to them with all my details and photos of the bathroom, and they came back to me within 48 hours with a detailed, line itemized estimate that captured all the work and allowed me to approve the estimate to get the work scheduled literally within a few days. Our technician Tyler was super communicative from the start and so efficient and detailed in his skill! Very friendly and explained all the work he was doing and how we could continue to maintain the finished product.
I cannot recommend them enough or share just how pleased I am with my experience working with D’Sapone (and I never write this long of reviews!).
