Professional, thorough, on time and on budget…We used another company previously and they didn’t come close to the Davey experience…

I have used Davey Tree for years for preventative borer treatment of my Pine trees and scale treatment of my Magnolias. This year I added treatment of the invasive beetles that have begun attacking my Magnolias. The Davey Tree staff is always polite, prompt and professional. They get an A+ for their customer service. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

We have used Davey Tree Service for many years. They do an excellent job with our trees. They are very professional, cost is reasonable, and always timely.

I am very pleased with the work and my experience with Davey Tree Expert Company services provided in Decatur GA. Chris Heim, a I.S.A. certified arborist met with us to review tree and make an assessment of the dead limbs that needed to be removed. I felt that their quote was inline with similar work done previously by other company.

The team showed up on time this morning. They got up into the tree and found and removed numerous other dead limbs that weren't visible or identifiable from the ground. I am very happy with the pruning and removal of dead wood and there was a lot more deadwood pruning than I expected. They did a great job of signing the street to notify any pedestrians and autos of the work effort. They did a great job cleaning up after the pruning and dead wood removal was complete.

I would highly recommend Davey Tree Experts and Chris Heim and will definitely contact them in the future as additional needs arise!

tree removal and stump grinding.They are a great company. Always on time and their staff are
very good at what they do. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to do what I ask them
to do.I would not use any other tree service.

After poor experiences (and price) with other tree companies, I called in some highly rated companies for estimates on 5 dead trees & 1 large dead limb over my roof. Chris Heim, the registered Arborist that came out to estimate was thorough and professional. He also didn't recommend removal of a 6th tree that was growing intertwined with another since both trees were clear established and doing fine. The guys showed up on time and completed the job (even though they were short handed) in less than 1/2 day. They left the area clean of all debris (except the cherry wood that I asked to keep - and they cut it into firewood size segments). I expected to pay on the spot as I have in the past, I was told would receive a bill in the mail. Wow (I thought) that has not been my previous experience. I was so impressed that I watched the mailbox everyday and when the bill arrived, I paid online immediately. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.

We have been using Davey Tree for many years to inspect our trees and treat and prune. Their work has always been completed to a very high quality level.

The crew showed up with 3 trucks and they used them all. Very safe in how they did the work. I am using them now to feed my plants

Started with a quote from Joel Twist after a tree fell on our house (traumatic). I immediately felt comfortable with Joel and he instilled confidence in me regarding Davey Tree Service, who had also come recommended by a neighbor. Our situation was very precarious based on how the tree landed on our house. It could have easily caused significantly more damage in the removal had the crew not preformed flawlessly. My hat is off to Joel and crew and the Davey company. I would hire them again in a heart beat and have actually scheduled more work with them.

Very pleased with the work performed at my hospital. They were professional, efficient and cleaned the area after completion. They were extremely accommodating to our business hours and were able to perform the job on a Saturday.

Davey Tree have been handling our yard/grass and tree since 1985 here in Atlanta. Great people; great results; great customer service. Our bermuda grass has been one of the top 2 lawns every year in our neighborhood of 450 homes. The Davey Tree Expert Co. removed several trees again for me and they did a tremendous job. They protected my yard in the process and left the surroundings very neat and clean. I am very pleased with their work. I recommend this company for tree removal.

The Davey guys came out today & did a ton of tree trimming in below freezing weather. I felt so bad for them but they didn't complain one bit. And they did a FABULOUS job!! Blake, Brandon & Jonathan were fantastic & worked together like a well-oiled machine. We did a quick walk through at the beginning just to make sure we were all on the same page and they went to work. They were all very knowledgeable about how to trim each tree. There were cut branches everywhere! But, they did a great job cleaning everything up. Think it was Blake in the bucket truck - he expertly navigated that thing in some tight spots just to get the cuts right. And they kept checking with me to make sure I liked their work which of course I did. Such nice guys! Davey Tree, these guys are gold! ps - I like Taylor the estimator too. He's got a memory like an elephant. 😂 For the estimate, we walked around but he didn't write down anything, but when I got the estimate, he hadn't forgotten one thing. And he remembered what trees they trimmed the last time they came out which was over a year (or two?) ago. Impressive. Yeah, you won't go wrong hiring these guys for all your tree needs. They got it going on;)

The office staff was very helpful as we started this tree removal journey. Joel, the arborist, was patient as he explained the process and regulations for our county. He made sure the paperwork was submitted correctly and kept in touch with delays. The crew spent 3 days with us and worked hard and cleaned up so well each day. It made the lawn look as if it had been manicured daily.

Davey Trees did a wonderful job with our trees. First, there was the actual tree trimming which was wonderful. Our trees have canopy but there's more room for them to grow, and no more squirrels getting on the roof. Second, there was the initial contact, which was by phone and then follow up with email and text messages. I prefer email and texting to calling and so I loved that we ended up coordinating via email. Brilliant. (Sometimes its easier for me to send an email than talk on the phone). Third, we had a rather crazy schedule and Davey Trees accommodated our changing needs with grace. All in all highly recommend Davey Trees.

Davey Tree came out and pruned some large trees and a large magnolia. They did an excellent job. The crew was very professional and polite. They cleaned up all the limbs and debris. I would highly recommend Davey Tree to anyone looking for pruning or tree removal.

The recent windstorm brought down several large limbs from a tree in my front yard. I call Davey Tree because I previously met Daniel John on a down tree removal, and he was friendly and professional. Daniel explained the condition of my tree, and what my options were and that was very helpful in making the decision to remove the tree. The crews arrived on time and were efficient setting up the site, equipment and removing the tree. There were down tree limbs in the backyard. The cleanup for the entire project was excellent, including the sawdust.

It all started when Dan came out to conduct the assessment, I knew I had the right company for the job! The team was very professional and explained their process for the tree removal and the other tasks. The work was done quickly and they removed any and all debris.
