If I could leave the review with no stars, I absolutely would. One of the worst cleaning companies you can have. Very unprofessional! We started using Buildingstars in Sept of 2024. We had to email about dissatisfaction in Oct of 2024. Then, we had to email about the same thing over & over, several different times. When we finally decided that we were done with the company & their non-cleaning habits, I let Graham know we were done and wanted to terminate the contract. I had emailed him the last time about dissatisfaction on 12/1/25, 1/2/26 I let him know we were done, because no one had even shown up that week. We came into the office with our trash cans still full, floors disgusting (not that they ever cleaned those, anyway). Of course, he came back and tried saying we had to give them 30 days. We had been giving them ample time to do their job. I emailed them back on 1/5/26, after their cleaning that weekend, to only the trash being taken out. So, I emailed him again. No response. I emailed Mike, later that day, I finally got a response from Graham saying they would "make an exception" to release us from the contract. There was no exception, considering I had already given ample time. I emailed him back three different times about our office keys being returned. I let him know our hours, and then on Friday before closing (still with no response from him) to let him know that the keys could be dropped in our mailbox OR put in the little key box that was on the mailbox. Do you think the keys were returned properly? No. Instead, whoever returned the keys came INTO our office, left them on a desk, used our bathroom without flushing and LEFT OUR OFFICE DOOR UNLOCKED!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! IRRESPONSIBLE!!! I do not recommend this company AT all. These pictures were sent to Graham showing the office unclean.
