Lovely customer service but my house didn’t look any different after the clean. One of my items was broken during the clean and you can tell they just wiped the fronts of items and nothing else. It was quite disappointing with how amazing the owner is. I was promised this 49 touch point deep clean but the house wasn’t dusted or vacuumed. The owner had spoken so highly of the crew and said they were one of his best, detail oriented teams. He did offer to have the crew come back out but once I found an item was broken and that nothing was cleaned, I felt like my time had been wasted and just disrespected.

Tasha and Toya are the best! I have a dog and two little girls and they make sure my house feels so clean and calm after they come. It helps my mental health so much I am grateful for their hard work

Latoiya and Natasha did a fantastic and thorough job. The owner, Zack, came out to do a walk-thru prior to the start of the cleaning and not only is he so nice and professional but you can tell he really cares about his team and the experience his clients receive. Highly recommend!

Zarue has been cleaning our house for over a year and he is such delight! He is very thorough, efficient, and patient with our small kids in the house. We appreciate him and his work so much!

We recently used MaidPro East Atlanta for the first time and we are blown away! Nesha did an amazing job on our home and left it sparkling clean! She was super thorough, efficient, friendly, and was even great with our dogs. The owner Zack is incredibly kind and it’s clear he cares about his employees and wants to create a friendly work environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get their house cleaned!

Could not have asked for a better experience! Not only was the price fair, but the work was second-to-none. Mr. Parks did a fantastic job going above and beyond expectations. The house was spotless. Not to mention he’s one of the most kind and caring people I’ve met. The owner, Zack, also came to the first cleaning to meet with us and see our house in person. He also realized Mr. Parks would be working through lunch and thoughtfully brought him a few sandwiches. You can tell Zack’s servant leadership trickles down throughout the company. We will certainly be using MaidPro for future cleaning services and highly recommend you do so also.

Zack and his team are responsive, communicative, and professional. They always use my cleaning products for my floor and leave my whole condo sparkling. Tamika has done my last few appointments, and she has done a great job. She prioritizes cleaning my office first, so I can continue working from home as she finished the rest of the cleaning. I am always so happy after a cleaning - thanks, Tamika!

After my first cleaning, I immediately signed up for reoccurring service, and it has been fantastic. The non-toxic cleaning supplies smell fresh without bothering my allergies, and I'm incredibly impressed with the attention to detail. My building is new, with just one prior tenant, but the kitchen and bathrooms are considerably cleaner than when I moved in!
Thanks to my large, timid dog, I have been hesitant to sign up for a repeat service in the past. I typically try to keep her away from strangers because she can be intimidating, but she (and I) adore Mr. Parks. He even brings her treats with her name on them!
If you’re looking for an affordable cleaning service with awesome staff that treats its employees well, this is it.

11/29/23 update: this is still THE BEST cleaning service. Mr. Zerue is always so meticulous and leaves everything looking and smelling great.

We’ve been using MaidPro about 2 years and have enjoyed the biweekly service so much. Everyone that cleans our home has done such a great job and we feel very comfortable having them in our home. Mr. Z has been doing a really great job at our house recently and pays great attention to detail!

This was my first time using MaidPro, they arrived promptly and we began our walk through. The owner and staff was pleasant and respectful. They did a great job in cleaning my house. I had not seen my range top that clean without me doing additional elbow work. I've passed their name along to others in my subdivision that are looking for a cleaning service company.

The owner of the company is incredibly nice and super easy to talk to. They made sure to understand exactly what I needed and assured me that they would customize their services accordingly. Right from the start, I could tell that they genuinely cared about providing the best customer service possible.

What really stood out for me was their awesome communication. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions and took the time to explain everything about their cleaning process. It made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire experience. They were open and honest, and that made a huge difference. I also had them deep clean a few months ago before we moved in.

On the day of the cleaning, the MaidPro East Atlanta team was on point! They arrived right on time and wasted no time in getting down to business. They were polite, respectful, and super thorough.

This was our first time hiring a professional cleaning service and we are so happy we did! Zack, the owner, came out for the initial walkthrough. He was incredibly kind and helpful; he attentively listened and made sure to answer all of our questions, customizing their 49-point cleaning checklist to meet our specific needs. The cleaning duo came out two days later for our first deep clean and they did an amazing job! Our home has never felt better. I’m so happy with the results and look forward to hiring them again soon.

Stacy has been a great addition as my cleaner this year. She’s dependable, shows up on time, and quickly adapts to my cleaning needs. I can always trust my home will receive a good clean with her as my cleaning PRO!

Thorough and friendly service! Super helpful front office staff with rescheduling as needed and the in-home service is always great. Didn’t realize how dirty our home really was until we had someone come and actually clean it. Flexible scheduling is great too.

My experience so fair with maid pros has been great. They were able to squeeze me in after a holiday and that's definitely 5 start service! Stacey and Barbara were great Pros as well!! A week later and my home still feels clean. I can't wait for them to come back! So far the best cleaning service I've tried on the Eastside of Atlanta!

Recently moved to Atlanta and decided to use MaidPro for biweekly cleaning. Nicely run operation and a great cleaning job by Barbara who has cleaned my 2-BR twice so far. Management very responsive and very communicative.

K&L cleaning did a move in cleaning for my new place. They were very professional. They did a great job. After they cleaned my new place I felt comfortable in moving all my furniture in and making my new place a home. I would definitely be using them again.
