Southern Outdoor Design was fantastic too work with and a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I've had while dealing with landscapers and contractors in the past. Not only did they deliver a great finished product, they were extremely communicative & went out of their way to regularly update me on even the smallest project details. At any given time I knew exactly what their team was focused on and what steps remained to reach the project completion date. Jason, John and the whole SOD team really made this an awesome experience!

Jason and his project manager Victor were great to work with! Jason was very clear and thorough in laying out what could be completed during this phase of work, and he made every effort to stay within my budget. Victor and his team were professional prompt, and the work quality was excellent. I will definitely be using Southern Outdoor Design in future projects.

Jason and team were phenomenal! We started with some basic ideas that quickly turned in to a wonderful design that fit within our budget. Jason always let us know when the teams were going to be working on site which was very appreciative. Also, the onsite teams were amazing. Not only did they do a great job but they cleaned up the space every night especially removing any tools which, having young children, I really appreciated. I would recommend Jason and team for any outdoor job !

I am very pleased with the work done by Southern Outdoor Design. I had quite a few different pain points, and now I have a plan to handle them all. I'm really pleased with the work done to fix the drainage issues, and I appreciate the different ways they were able to save money and repurpose my existing materials. We were blown away from the start when the team gave us a beautiful rendering of the project. They really got the vision. We had a few hurdles - found a septic tank in the yard 🫠, and lots of back and forth with the county - Jason and his team were there every step. They did all the heavy lifting with the permitting and inspections. Jason is very communicative and the installation team is professional, and of course, skilled! The final result is just incredible, the vision really came off the page. We enjoy our space every day. Totally worth it.

Canny cut was very responsive. Came out the very next day for a quote. And then the work they did for my lawn was fantastic! Price is super reasonable. I’m using them for bi-weekly lawn maintenance and am super pumped to have found a reliable company.
