I had a couple tons of stone laid around my property. Service was great! They communicated effectively and promptly. They showed up when they said and finished when they said they would. They also made changes when I asked in order to make me as a customer satisfied when they didn’t have to. I will use them again and also recommend them to anyone.

I recently had Blount Lawn Care Solutions stain my fence and deck and construct a retainer wall for me. OMG. His service and true concern for his customers is over and beyond great. I'm a very picky (detailed person). He said that when a person is spending their money, they have a right to be picky. I would recommend him to anyone. If he says he's going to do something, he does it. Walter Jr. made sure everything was done before he left and stated that he stands behind his work. I have already lined up another job with him. He's fair, he's honest and he's very respectful! You can't go wrong with him!

Extremely unaccountable and unprofessional. Reached out Friday, said he couldn’t make it until Monday. Never comes Monday, I reach out - he says he’s coming Tuesday. Never comes, Tuesday - I reach out again. Says he’s coming, Wednesday (at this point I honestly think he’s messing with me, but I give him the benefit of the doubt) - DOES NOT SHOW UP AGAIN - I reach out AGAIN. Asks me if it’s raining (it wasn’t) - he says he’ll come tomorrow (Thursday), it’s 4pm and his guys finally show up and cut my lawn in the pouring rain and leave the grass there and ruin my lawn. He said he’d come back the next week and clean it up - never comes. He eventually texts me and says he would come TODAY. Now, it’s 5:45pm and he still hasn’t showed up, so I text him and he says tomorrow 8:30-9am. And, I promptly fired him. He does business like a little kid running a lemonade stand.

I was out of state and called Blount's Lawn Care Solutions to do a 1 day complete yard project for my son/daughter in-law's house in Kirkwood District. Crew got there at 9 am and weeded, trimmed, removed 3 year pile of dead limbs, mowed lawn and hauled all yard waste to trailer for two trips to dumping location. At 5:30 pm the final item was removing tree hanging over house entrance. A perfect ending for homeowner's and dad who took a chance with Walter Blount. We hired Blount landscaping to design our backyard. So glad we did. We had major drainage and sink hole issues. He corrected the problem areas and created a beautiful yard with pavers for walkways and islands with beautiful plants. We were so impressed with his ideas and he listened to what we wanted and could afford. He and his crew were very professional and on time. I have already referred Blount landscaping to my friends and family. Great job and we will definitely use him again for future projects.

Loved working with Walter and his whole team. He really listened to what we liked and wanted and came up with a fabulous and creative plan that was going to work with the limitations of our yard. He went the extra mile to complete the project on time and on budget. He built 2 retaining walls, laid sod, put in a stone path and plants for significantly less than our other bids.
