DJO provided exceptional service from start to finish. They responded quickly, accommodated my service request despite short notice, were clear about price prior to service, and the cleaners did an amazing job. The cleaners were absolutely lovely. They were friendly, professional and thorough. They cleaned areas that previous cleaners have missed due to lack of attention to detail. They hands down provided the best cleaning job I’ve ever had. I will continue to use and recommend them!

I contracted for a deep, post-construction cleaning before I moved in. The cleaners did an okay job in some areas but terrible in other areas. The kitchen should have been one of the major areas that should have been spotless, and it wasn't. I still had construction dust on top of faucets and countertops (so not sure what they did in the kitchen). The living room fireplace mantle was also not wiped, which was the only thing in the living room to be wiped (other than floors) since I did not have any furniture in the entire house. Windows were still dirty. To be fair, when I called with the issues and provided all the photos, they offered to do a touch up, but by then, I was moving in and would need to do another cleaning after the move so I declined. While I wanted to really like them and hoped to use them on a weekly basis, it was such a poor job that I will go with someone else.

Cleaners were amazing, and the booking process was simple and easy. Highly recommend!!

My place is the cleanest it has been in a while. Jennifer, Victor, and Zaydi did such a great job. They even put a flower design on the tissue in the bathroom. The booking process was professional, they were able to come the same week. I would definitely book with them again.

DJO has done it again🤗! This is my third time using the company and every time they have given my father's place a 5⭐️ cleaning service, and he's not the easiest man to please. We've gone with other cleaning services in the past, and they've done the very bear minimum, leaving so much to be desired.

I have a hard time believing the positive reviews are not fake. I do not want these people in my house ever again.

I just moved in to a new house, and have been waiting on my floors to be professionally cleaned before really getting settled. I saw the website advertises carpet cleaning, requested only a hard-wood/carpet cleaning, and got a "deep clean" quote. Perfect, I thought.

My appointment was delayed by them twice, the first time because of a lack of ID. (How are you legally driving?)
The cleaners walked in without even knocking.
They did not give any information or ask questions, they just started messing with my stuff.
I had visibly prepared everything for them to clean the flooring -- do they think I live with trash cans and tower fans on my kitchen counters for fun?

And, worst of all, they did nothing useful to clean the flooring or carpet. They swept and poorly vacuumed (which was, again, not necessary), and sprayed something on one spot of hardwood flooring before giving it a single pass with a Swiffer. They were gone in less than one hour.

I called the office while they were here and was told "Oh sorry we only clean carpet in North Carolina." I was not aware only North Carolina has dirty carpet. You should have said you could not provide the main thing I asked for in the quote, and my life would be better for it. Even then, the hard flooring is still dirty.

This is not a local professional cleaner, this is a series of middle managers masquerading as a cleaning service.

I called to schedule a first cleaning and use their services..they said I had to first have a deep cleaning which was fine with me. I signed up and completed the intake process and provided a deposit. Cleaning was set for the upcoming Saturday. I prepared the house for them ( put out the new sheets etc) They never showed up or called Saturday. I called and texted them but the office was closed . I finally got a call back that they lost track of time and would not be able to come. We reset for the upcoming week....they called at the time they were supposed to arrive for the reset and said they were four hours behind and would not be able to begin cleaning until 7 or 8 pm. They either are trying to take on more than they can handle/have poor technology in place to track their people and notify clients or poor management. in any case I cancelled and they refunded my deposit but it was highly frustrating and took me another week to hire another company and have them come out. But two no shows for a new client- consider carefully if you are going to hire them

I was truly satisfied with the services that were done cleaning my home! The cleaner went above and beyond making sure that all areas were cleaned. Washing, drying, and folding my laundry was a great help. I suffer from depression that can sometime be debilitating so its hard to push myself to get up and do normal, everyday tasks. So hiring DJO Cleaning Service was very much needed. They were prompt in callng back, they answered all of my questions, and was able to schedule me an appointment quickly. The customer service and communication is excellent! I look forward to my next cleaning! I'm definitely sticking with them. You should try them, you will not be disappointed!

DJO Cleaning is by far the best cleaning company I have hired for cleaning across the different properties and states I’ve lived in. Their communications were quick and professional, pricing was pretty fair, and the quality of work and the photographs they provided me after cleaning as well as checking with me in real time regarding if items in the house needed to be thrown out or not via text (since I could not be at home during the service) by far make this my company of choice for cleanings moving forward. I have not found a company with the combination of better communication and good services and highly recommend them for anyone’s needs as I plan on using them again!
