This great company has moved us twice. Both times they were efficient, friendly, helpful and even worked through the rain and wind to get us safely settled. Charley, Fausto, Gilberto, Pedro, and Melvin made our move so much easier and were outstanding to work with!

Mark the Mover is amazing! We used them to move our stuff into storage and back while we did renovations. They were on time, totally transparent about billing, friendly, super professional, and careful. I highly recommend them for both moving and storage.

I moved from my home to a temporary storage unit. Charley and his crew showed up on time and professionally wrapped all of my furniture to protect it in storage. My biggest concern was fitting it all in storage and the team not only packed it well but I had extra space for other things. They finished on time and the final charges were exactly as estimated. I would highly recommend Mark The Mover to anyone wanting a polite and professional moving experience!

I've used Mark the Mover twice in the past 6 months and I highly recommend them! I requested that the same team assist with my second move and they were fantastic. They made the process easy and were highly responsive, letting me know what to expect and when they would arrive.

We appreciated the entire moving process with Mark the Mover. From Lori with administration, to Charley as move Supervisor, to the 4 gentlemen on Charley's team - we were beyond happy with this move! The guys worked incredibly hard for 12 hours and were extremely conversational in making sure all of our items were placed in the right location at our new home. Charlie and his crew were fantastic! It was a four-day pack/move, and the guys worked so hard and went above and beyond. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and great at problem solving on a couple of tricky pieces of furniture that were a tight fit. Not a single item was lost or broken. Everything was packed beautifully and properly labeled. We can’t imagine a better experience. Great job!

I can’t tell you how much we appreciate having Jordan and his crew as our movers today! All three were so considerate and professional! They did such a great job! They took so much care in moving my mother-in-laws furnishings. It was as if they were moving their own furniture! We will definitely be calling on y’all in the future!

I hired Mark the Move to move us from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house. Brandon and his team were awesome! They arrived on time; worked hard and fast to quickly move our things out of the apartment; drove quickly and accurately to the new house; navigated pulling into our tricky driveway; and unloaded everything quickly. They were also very nice and a pleasure to be around. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this moving crew!

We had a two location move and we were very happy with the 3 man crew from Mark the Mover. The men were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Nothing was broken!

Jordan and his crew were excellent. They were efficient, hard workers, professional, and finished in a timely fashion. Everything was packed properly with pads, tape, etc. I highly recommend Jordan and Mark the Mover.

I have use MTM for years in my corporate work and was happy I could get them for my personal move as well. The team was excellent. They were quick, professional, and careful with a fairly difficult move. I highly recommend them.

Broke my $700 table and offered me $19 for it. Unprofessional and amateurish. Find a different moving company.

Edit for clarity: I declined the insurance upsell thinking professional movers wouldn’t damage anything during a 20 minute move. Maybe it was my mistake in thinking they were professional. Or maybe a 30 lb. coffee table was too much for Mark the Mover to take on.

P.S. It’s been almost 2 months since the move and I’ve gotten no updates. I hope Mark the Mover is working as hard on this repair as they are on burying real reviews.

For the hourly rate you’re charged, you’d expect a bit more professionalism. Don’t get ripped off thinking you’re paying for good service. I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Pro: Everything was moved and placed in the correct rooms.

Cons: Not very communicative day of. Instructions not followed multiple times on what items to take and leave. One guy decided to use my bathroom and left it smelly and unclean. Same guy has to use the bathroom again at the new place and wouldn’t have washed his hands afterwards if I didn’t ask him to. Crew is slow moving to start. Somehow a mostly packed up HALF of a 2 bedroom takes 4 hours to move 20 miles. Barely any unpacking. Dropped a box labeled electronics after deciding placing a heavy box over a bottom heavy one was a good idea. I pray everything in there still works.

Again, grateful all the furniture is here and already in the correct rooms. Just was expecting better for what I paid. You can get improved service for less.

I had an excellent experience with Mark the Mover! I hired them to move furniture and boxes out of a storage unit into my home. Thomas and his crew were very friendly. They showed up in a professional looking truck with all of their own equipment: tow dollies, boxes, plastic wrap, etc. All of the guys communicated exceptionally well. They worked quickly and efficiently while at the same time, showed care in handling my belongings. The team placed furniture exactly where I wanted it and even put together my bed frame and attached the head board. The job was completed within 2 hours. I am very pleased with my experience with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

From the initial call with Lori, to the move with Pedro, Dylan, and Thomas. Brandi was also awesome on the follow up. I had a complicated move with pick up at two different locations and drop off two hours away during the process. I added who items at the last minute, and they were gracious and courteous. where disassembly and reassembly was required, they were quick and accurate. Large firm division. I used a different company two years ago, and it was a completely different experience, hence my enthusiastic review. Yes, I would use them again. Yes, I highly recommend them.

We did a really large move with two small children and tons of stuff and Nick and his team at Prodigy were wonderful. Everything from the initial walkthrough/ quote to touching base with us after the move went smoothly. It felt good to know that our belongings were in good hands during a big transition. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving!

Derek, Deric (i’m not sure of the spellings!) and Michael made quick and easy work of our apartment into our townhouse. They communicated very well, and made sure we had things where we needed them. We were recommended this moving company by a friend, and now we’ll recommend this company to our friends! Prodigy Movers are the best.
