Excellent service. We have been using them for years. Their staff are helpful, diligent, and very polite. They have had to work around an aging person and have done so with excellent results. They are a credit to the Atlanta commercial community.

I've been using them a little over a year and have been very pleased. They come in, do a good job, and leave. I love the weekly review cards and how easy they are to fill out online.

Please go with another company. I paid them $163 to clean my very small living room, half kitchen, and two bathrooms. They did not complete the task and told me it would be another 40 minutes and $90 to finish. Total bait and switch. When i called, in an effort to have them rectify the situation, the woman I spoke with was very rude and not helpful at all. Again, there are so many cleaning companies in Atlanta to choose from, do not choose this one.

I have been a customer since January. Maid Brigade cleans my house every 2 weeks. They usually send 3 people and it takes 2 hours. They will call me if they find a problem (e.g. drippy faucet). I call in the AM to find out when they are coming. They do have a key in case I am not home.

The actual cleaning staff does a great job! But office management is terrible. On our 2nd cleaning, I requested a specific cleaner for problem tile in the bath. The workers showed up without the requested cleaner and spent an extra 30 minutes working with less powerful products. THEN management called and insisted on charging me overtime, or the workers would leave without finishing. My choice.
To be clear, management failed to fulfill a specific request, and charged me extra to fix their mistake. I requested an email summary of how much remained on my credit with them. It was promised the next day. I never got the email, and that was six weeks ago.
Go elsewhere. We are.

I had just purchased a new home and it needed a thorough cleaning. Maid Brigade made the inside of my house look and smell brand new! I will definitely use them again in the future for any major cleaning services!

I have been using this service twice a month for quite a while now. I work from home and have four dogs. They always "work around us" and leave the office until the very end. They do a great job and cater to my specific wants and needs for the house. They are also flexible when my schedule changes as long as I give them advanced notice. I would definitely recommend this company.

At first I cast a wary eye about using a cleaning company (over an individual person), as I thought it would be a lot more expensive and a lot lower quality. Well, I was very wrong! As it turns out, the cost to have my house cleaned by 3 maids every two weeks is about the same as if I had one person come every bi-monthly. They get it done in less than a third of the time, the bill goes on my credit card (no having to remember to write a check or leave cash) and it's easy and quick. One time, due to the holidays, my normal team got swapped with a different team that didn't know our house. The quality was not up to par, and the next day that team was sent out to re-clean the house at no charge. I'm very impressed by the service at Maid Brigade!

I have enjoyed using Maid Brigade for years. They are always on time and do a consistently good job. I appreciate knowing that they will come through when I need them, and that they are flexible with my schedule when I need them to be. It's a great service!

They are thorough and reliable. The price is fair. The cleaners are pleasant (I am usually not here but I see them occasionally) and the office staff helpful and efficient.

Company does an excellent job, always shows up on time and is flexible in meeting my schedule and needs.

Maid Brigade does an excellent job cleaning my home. I really appreciate having a clean/neat kitchen as well as fresh sheets and pillow cases in my bedroom. We usually have the same ladies every three weeks, but I think members of almost every team have cleaned here. They show up as scheduled, and know what to do. It is not necessary to give them instructions unless I have messed something up that may require special effort on their part. When they finish and request a final review of their work, seldom does anything require followup. If it does, the job is finished with no complaint or excuse. If they find anything that is beyond the scope of their effort, they are sure to tell me what they found. I cannot recommend Maid Brigade too highly. I suggest that, if you want a neat, clean home, you call Maid Brigade right now.

Due to health problems I have had to start using help in keeping my house livable and found Maid Brigade of Atlanta. Had them do a complete cleaning of house and then used every couple of weeks to help me keep up. They sent very capable people to do the work and they were competent and fast. I have been very satisfied with this service and would recommend them any time.

The team was very professional and thorough when cleaning our home. They did a great job!

I have been using the EXCELLENT services of The Maid Brigade since 2004 and I have been very well pleased with the very professional service, especially the great attention given to the detail cleaning they offer and provide every month. The ladies do a wonderful job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I don’t know what I would do without them! The ladies are always pleasant, great attitudes, very professional, thorough and will go the extra mile. In addition, I have recommended Maid Brigade to several of my neighbors and friends who constantly commend me on how neat and clean my home is every time they visit. Even though I request that The Maid Brigade only come once a month, they make it easy for this Retired Senior citizen to “keep up” with keeping things “tidy” around the house until they come back for the next monthly cleaning. The Maid Brigade crew showed up on time, professionally attired and ready to go. Even though we had employees working at the time, there was minimal impact on our operations which was much appreciated. After a short time, they were done, and the office was spotless. I'm looking forward to their return.
