This company cleaned my windows today. Though they promised a walk through afterwords, the technician left without providing the walkthrough after the service was complete. Not only that, they left the gate of my deck open, a gate that is always closed, and they opened to service my house but should have closed on their way out, which is common sense. Because of this, when i let my dog out to my back yard, he run away, and I had to spend more than 30 min looking for him in my neighborhood. Thankfully i was able to find him, but this shows lack of attention to detail and lack of customer care. Don’t do business with this company if you can avoid it.

Yago, from Ecopane, came by my home today and cleaned all my exterior window and panes. The build up of dirt after seven years had been excessive. Yago was professional and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and helped show me how best to remove my screens. It’s great to see clean windows on my house again.

Had the pleasure of working with Joao! They were quick and efficient. Had a quick confusion around one window being dirty still but he was able to show me that it's definitely an interior issue (broken seal). Just had the work done today but will update on how it looks once all dry. Thanks!

Hello! I have been using Castle Keepers since my previous company (Brittany Maids) did not survive the pandemic. This is the company that Brittany Maids suggested I give a call to and I have been satisfied with the cleaning teams for the most part. However, as far as being able to reach the office/support staff for whatever reason, I have found this to be very difficult. This time I called 5 times as I wanted the cleaning team to come at their regular time but wanted only a partial cleaning due to remodeling happening in my home. To clean my entire home the cost is $150 (this includes kitchen, eat in dining room, den, formal living (piano room), formal dining, two story foyer, half bath, master bedroom, master bath, two additional bedrooms, a short hall and a jack and jill bath). I finally got to speak with a live person when I answered the call letting me know what time the team would be here the next day. The cost to clean one half bath, master bedroom, master bath, two bedrooms, a short hall and jack and jill bath is $108.00 and this includes a deduction from previous cleaning where the jack and jill bathroom was not cleaned and the trash was not emptied. What's wrong with that picture?? While I appreciate all that Castle Keepers has done, the customer service/support is virtually not there.......

It took me a long time to decide I was going to get someone to clean my house, but they are WAY better at it than I could ever be. It's so nice to have your house look like it's all fancy after a good scrubbing and their attention to detail. (I mean, they fold your toilet paper and your paper towels!)

Special shout-out to my team: Cierra, Junella and Maquela who are always so sweet and considerate of my animals and their strange fits of scared. They always leave things just so. It's awesome.

Great choice for eco friendly cleaning! They are always on time, and you don’t have all those strong cleaning product smells or have to worry about kids and dogs getting exposed to harsh cleansers.
