We've had a great experience with Susjed and Milton. They showed up every week, cleaned and tested the pool, added the chemicals, and communicated to me what was needed and what was going on. We had a previously poor experience with a different pool company who had left our pool green and we hired the Pool Sharks to go from "Green to Clean" and I'm happy to report it worked. They winterized our pool this year and did a thorough job.

I was looking for a new pool company for weekly pool maintenance. After contacting several businesses, Milton at Atlanta Pool Sharks was the first one who answered. He was very professional with years of experience. I needed someone reliable but also flexible. Milton also changed the sand in the filter and replaced old piping. I would highly recommend this company. 5 stars!!!

Please don’t do business with this company! They took advantage of my HOA, We hired them over a month in advance and paid them up front, (big mistake) We were told the pool was not winterize when they arrived to the site, the owner ask for extra money and we paid $500 more than he quoted us, the company never committed the time to open our pool. We have cameras they showed up 20 minutes at a time, once one week and twice another week, they dumped chemical in and left no brushing or vacuuming, The work was sloppy they left vacuum hoses out, skimmer tops off, equipment out, they never emptied the skimmers, they never showed up on the days expected, they kept setting our alarm off, we ask to be notified when they arrived, they struggled with simply instructions, they took our Master key never brought it back for days and would not answer the phone or bring the key back when they stated they would, the worst experience ever! The owner called me stating the pool was ready to be opened on Sunday 5/26/24 he assured me it was tested and no Algae was in the pool and ask for more money they didn’t even complete the job we paid for, I arrived too the pool the next day to a disaster see pictures, A very dirty pool full of Algae. I called the company and no response. A experience company would not leave a pool in this condition, our mostly senior community was taking advantage of! They are not registered with the Secretary of State and operating illegally beware! The company response to the low review is incorrect! Please look at the secretary of state you will see the history! The pictures don't lie, They said they would have us open for memorial day weekend, we paid up front and the company did not deliver! to lie and say the pool was ready, clearly the pictures show it was not ready, if the company communicated the whole time, how did we get here? we hired an experienced pool company and had to pay all over again, and now the pool is clean and spotless. The company stated we were robbed, and that is correct. the sad part is POOL Sharks did not want to make it right, we have cameras and they were recorded the whole time, again if they will do this to a senior community they would do it to anyone. Money was not a issue we Paid $2000 up front to open our pool and the company did not deliver. BEWARE!

The whole pool sharks team are phenomenal. I can't recommend a company more, they made the repair and maintenance of my pool a breeze and their prices are the best around. 10/10 recommend to all.
