I had Omega hired through my home insurance company and it has been very difficult. They came to fix my ac and needed to come back the next day. I made an appointment for 2-6 window and no one ever showed. I gave them a call and couldn’t get a call back for two hours. I finally got an appointment for the Monday before of a holiday weekend from 10-2 and again, no one showed up. I’ve now been waiting for another two hours to get a call back and no one seems to care. I’m now having to call my insurance company to get a new company to come fix what was started. I’ve looked in the attic and the zone box was left open with wires exposed. This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had and a waste of two work days missed.

I've used Moncrief for at least a decade... possibly more. I've always liked them. However they recently sent me a proposal for renewal of my annual service and it was insane. They wanted 3-4 times what others charge and in checking around, the services are the same. I reached out to them hoping to find some sort of resolution and the response I got was "we understand and thank you for being a customer....." That's it. After more than a decade of working with them they didn't even ask to have any further conversation. Super, super disappointed. Obviously not the same company that I started working with years ago.
