I called to schedule a cleaning for my warehouse. The owner assumed that I couldn’t afford his prices from the beginning and started telling me how I could do I myself fit cheaper. I explained I have no interest in doing thijob myself. When I realized I did not have a direct water source for his equipment he recommended a colleague that had his own water source and he could come to clean my floors Saturday at 10am. He told me to remove everything from my warehouse so it would not get wet. He said he would be on the job with the person he referred. We are an all women owned brand. We moved all of our belongings out of the warehouse by ourselves in preparation. At 10 am nothing. I text and called and no one would answer. I finally received a call 15min later asking if “the guy” (I still don’t know his name) has come. The owner said he’d call to find out where he is. Ultimately no one came. All of our belongings were moved out with a moving truck we rented. Wasted our entire day!

I'm glad I called Ron with 360. A previous contractor put a Clear Epoxy on my floor that dried with pits and bubbles, awful. The concrete wasn't even grind properly. Ron and his assistant worked diligently throughout the day and removed All of that mess! Thank You.

We live in a single family home in Chamblee. A contractor installed new stone tile floors and sealed the grout but not the entire floor. They were not able to come back for a week. My wife called 360 and they came out the next day and in a few hours the floor was cleaned and beautifully sealed. We were able to move furniture into the room the next day. The gentlemen are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We do not need concrete floor work done often but several of our loft units have concrete floors. I recently ran into a situation where the group we would normally use for floor clean/deodorize/seal was not going to be available due to a heavy work load. I was under pressure to have the work completed for a new move in. Ron made scheduling the estimate and work a breeze. He was punctual and got the job completed even when faced with entry challenges at the community. It might have started a one off job but I know who I'll call in the future. Thanks Again!

Let me start by saying after I had used another company that left my floors in worse shape than they were before they began I didn’t want to trust anyone else to do our floors. However I called 360 floor cleaning services and they performed a deep clean and seal on our concrete floors in our basement. I was so impressed!!! I’ve never seen concrete floors look so good. Worked with Ron to strip and wax our commercial Midtown office. Our floors were in very bad shape. The work was done over the week-end and when we arrived on Monday morning, our floors looked awesome! Great quality, great customer service and a great price. I highly recommend.

Incredible service!!!! Our office flooded when a pipe broke in our ceiling. This happened on a Friday evening. I called Ron Friday night and he came to our office Saturday afternoon. He spent over 10 hours working to get our floors immaculate! Our floors have never looked so good! Unbelievable quality of work and great service. I would highly recommend using Ron and his company!
