Tree reviews in Atlanta, Georgia

Josh and Joe are very professional arborist. I was impressed with their knowledge and careful care of my trees. Highly recommend. I have additional work for them.

Man oh Man ! What a wonderful job they have done for us!!!!! We hired Jarvis Tree Service to cut and trim some old giants. Our beloved trees. They came in full force. Complete professionals. Not only did they trim but cleaned up all traces. We could not more satisfied with the job they did. Thank You Jarvis Tree Service.

My initial experience with Jarvis Tree Services was not a pleasant one at all. I won’t go into all the details, but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of communication, the job that was performed without my permission, and how I was treated by the office manager.

After posting my experience, I quickly received a call from a nice lady named Amy who started off apologizing for my negative experience. She then asked me to tell her everything that happened. Amy listened and she took action. She promptly got in touch with the owner of Jarvis Tree Services, Joe. I received a a call from Joe, who was also very apologetic and asked if he could have another opportunity to come back out to speak with me and perform the requested services again.

Joe came out with his team and he made sure that his team understood what I wanted done. He took his time to make sure everyone was in place and the crew did everything that I needed done.

I’d like to thank Joe and Amy for turning a bad situation into a pleasant experience for me. They both showed that they really care about their customers and want to ensure client satisfaction. I will definitely use Jarvis Tree Services in the future and I’ll recommend my friends and family.

I wish all businesses were as caring and professional with their clients as Joe and Amy were with me.

MOST PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE I HAVE WORKED WITH. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD AND VERY COURTIOUS. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND JARVIS TREE EXPERTS!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jarvis Tree Experts. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and very easy to work with. We will definitely be using Jarvis again in the future for any tree-related needs!

Highly recommend Jarvis tree experts. They trim and prune the trees in our yard , annually. In addition, I am on their monthly plan to nourish and care for the trees. Our ornamental trees are so healthy! I appreciate that their trees experts have taken charge of our yard. I trust them!!

Joey's Tree Specialists are affordable, skilled, and professional! Highly recommend!

AMAZING AMAZING!! GOT THE JOB DONE QUICK, FAST AND AFFORDABLE! I highly recommend! Very great company! THANK YOU!

Joey's removed two trees for us last year and ground the stumps. Since then, it became apparent that one of the stumps was not ground completely, and a large chunk remains. We want to install grass in that area and cannot do so until the stump is completely ground. I have called numerous times and only once received a return call, stating they would confirm a time within the hour to come take care of it. They never called back. Since then, I have called and left messages at least four times, and they have not returned a single call. I do not want to have to pay another service for their partially completed work.

Thanks to Leonel’s crew for the great work! They took out several large trees for me and my neighbor, ground the stumps for those, ground some older stumps, and pruned several other trees.

Thanks for the mulch you all donate to help me out up at Oglethorpe University.

They came out took 3 they did an good jib was happy with everything ..was in an out ..I would have them back again..good ppl

Top notch firm that specializes in tree care, not removal. Yes, you will pay for a consultation but wouldn’t you rather pay for good advice than work you don’t need? Also, they climb trees with ropes, not damaging spikes, and use sonar instead of invasive, damaging resistograph testing.

They came on time and did a great job!! Christian was very cordial.

Very knowledgeable and professional! Their crew came out and carefully removed a tree that was over my house. Very pleased and will use them again!

DO NOT HIRE - Unprofessional & irresponsible person running a bogus business.

The other review here on Google is from the business owner. His name is Micaiah Beard. That should tell you everything you need to know.

My neighbor hired this “company”. Not me.

Problem #1 - They cut down a tree that was on my property without my consent. My neighbor was confused and thought she owned the tree. Survey says it’s mine. A legit business would check property lines before cutting any tree.

Problem #2 - This business intentionally left a giant cut-down tree on my property that I now I have to figure out how to deal with.

I spoke to the business owner (Micaiah Beard) over the phone to explain what happened. I figured it was an honest mistake and a teachable moment. He said he’d be out within a week to pick up the tree. That never happened. He’s a liar. I called and texted multiple times. He is now ignoring my efforts to communicate, so I am going to have to take him to court for trespassing and damaging my property. And even still, I will have to arrange with a real company to get the tree debris removed myself. Ridiculous.

Choose a real company like Don’s Tree Service, not this guy!
