Mr Jermaine and Mr Adam M were very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Polite. They greeted me at my door with a hand shake and gave there names and stated the Company name (ServPro)which was also on their shirt. I direct them to the problem and they went from there. Mr Jermaine explained step by step with Mr Adam M assisting him what he was doing and what need to be done. They were so Knowledgeable about their equipments and explained what each one did because I ask them how did it work. There was no Nasty Attitude and was Glade to explain it. We need more Professional Workers like that!

I had some plumbing issues in my upstairs bathroom that caused damage to my dining room ceiling, spare room upstairs and washroom. I knew I would need water restoration services and repairs immediately so I called ECCRS. Ronnie and Johnathan moved very quickly to get the job done. The water was dry over the course of a weekend and right after that they immediately started working on repairing my ceiling in the dining room area, as well as, correcting the damage that was done upstairs in the washroom and spare room. The professionalism displayed during the course of repairing the damages has been unparalleled and I couldn't be happier.
