This company showed up on time gave me a great quote and resolved my issue within hours I love the office staff and how much they care about their customer's.

I recommend it to everyone! Just do it! The Project coordinator Izabela Castro was wonderful and conducted everything with great professionalism. I am very happy with the result of my project!

Worst mistake I’ve ever made was hiring WinWin Emergency Restoration. I have never been
lied to and manipulated so much by one person. The owner, Ray Corhen, came over when I had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom.  He was very kind and assured me everything would work out. But now, he is lying to me, hanging up on me and telling me to talk to departments within his company because he “can’t help” with certain things.  But when I call the office to speak to said departments, the nice lady in the office indicated that these departments don’t exist.  Ray is the one who does all the billing and he’s in charge of everything. So now I get it. He messed up and he doesn’t want to take ownership of his mistakes.  Ray Corhen of WinWin Emergency Restoration did the work he promised and never sent me a bill. (He told me he was ADHA). I received a certified letter from Ray on May 17 stating there has been a lien placed on my house for non-payment.  Naturally, I called him.  He would not talk to me and he hung up on me when I asked for an invoice.  He finally produced an invoice that was dated May 16th via email the day before he put a lien on the house. I’m writing this because I am a resident with a small water leak.  He charged me $2,281.96 for work he did not do such as painting the window in my closet.  I don’t have a window in my closet and the water leaked on the floor not a window.  I can only imagine what types of charges he bills commercial businesses. He has finally lifted the lien, but now I oddly have a waiver fee for the lien, a processing fee and a payoff fee. Payoff fee??

I noticed he has a Bible verse on his website.  This would indicate that Ray is a fine man.  His actions do not indicate that.  He has lied, cheated, and manipulated me, a homeowner.  He told me he is the owner of a multi-million-dollar company.  It seems he has become that by scamming homeowners and businesses.  He did this to me knowing that I know his wife!
Do Not let Ray take advantage of you.

This company is very professional, and easy to work with! Each person we spoke with was helpful and provided us with proper and precise information!

Win Win did a great job at my home. We had a major water leak that flooded the entire downstairs area and I was horrified. Win Win came in and explained the insurance claim process to me and negotiated with the insurance adjuster with success. I'm glad I hired them because the mean old adjuster left out about $4k of items that Win Win caught. For us they performed dryout and construction. We highly recommend them. Thanks Win Win!

We had a water leak in our basement, the company representative came out quickly with his equipment and advice and helped us feel better about an unfamiliar situation. We are thrilled now that the water from the leak was quickly addressed and fully mitigated so we had no further issues to address and we could get back to fixing the drywall and painting the area.

We came back home from seeing family for the holidays to be met with a busted pipe and water damage to half our home. Win Win came out that night to provide emergency mitigation services and was a lifesaver! They were extremely professional, quick and provided excellent service during the whole process. From start to finish, we were assisted with comfort and ease. The best decision we could have made in this type of situation!
