Electrical reviews in Austell, Georgia

For flatbed drivers this is not a place to deliver They told my I needed a appointment time to get unloaded not a issue I called the day before to get an appointment time around 3pm nobody answered I show up at regular receiving hours next day to only be told can’t be unloaded till 10:30am did everything I was supposed to do I can’t make you do your job And pick up the phone to make my appointment time also I’m the only flatbed here makes no sense at all to make me wait messing up my entire week being delayed like this !

Precessional assistance during will call pickup.

Thanks guys

Very helpful staff.. but this is a distribution center. Orders have to be placed before hand. You can then pick it up here. No matter what it says online, the warehouse opens at 6:00 am.

This pick up desk dont give af If you blue collar worker there are gonna make you wait infinitely. Sorry behind customer service I will cancel a job before having to come here and pick up parts

After 10:00 flattered only

Fast unloading!! Don't come unless you're a local driver OTR Don't unload till 10 stop at 1!! Guy who picks up the phone is nice but the guy that unloads flat beds out back acts like you ask him for a kidney!!! Call call call call or you will just sit in the parking lot till 10!!!!!!

Friendly environment got there loader man came right an started unloading me in an out under an hour

Great people, very friendly and helped me despite being given an incorrect hour.

For anyone wondering:
-dry van deliveries are 6am-10am
-flatbed deliveries are after 10am

This place absolutely sucks. I do not recommend this place at all. They start unloading at 10:00am. They are very rude and not nice here. Place is very small. No trucks here they still make you wait until 10:00. If you have one pipe wait until 10:00am. This is a very unprofessional facility do not come here. Be aware trucks will drive right past you before you even if you been waiting. Psa. Just stay away from this hell hole. Won’t return here. One way in one way out place. Wait 30 mins to 1 hour to get out.

Great service

Good food

Great company generating power when you need it

Watched Addie Mathis film about her business and missed her giving glory to God, who helped her. Her voice cracked, meaning she was very stressed out. Redo the film. Just saying.

Lee Bowen has done several jobs for me and he’s very professional, excellent in his skill as an electrician. I would highly recommend his services and the services of Pryme Electrical.
