Called H&H this morning for service due to a mangled line and they did not disappoint. Jessica was very nice and courteous. She set up the appt and the tech(Darrell) arrived a few hrs later. From the 1st point of contact to finish, Darrell was professional, informative, and cool. Delivered excellent customer service and even helped me set up maintenance for my unit. Thank y'all. 5⭐

H&H is great. I’ve been using them for an awhile for yearly checkups. The service has always been great. Recently my AC stopped working and Brandon came out . He was great and very knowledgeable . He diagnosed issue and fixed it quickly. He also explained everything he was doing while working on AC he also inspected my heating system to make sure filter was new and drain was working. I would highly recommend them.

Edgar was our technician, and he was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed why our A/C wasn't cooling and explained everything. He found the issue with the capacitor, replaced it on the spot, and had the system running again. The price was reasonable, and the service was prompt and professional. Highly recommend

My parents had there complete heating and a/c system replaced and the job was done very professionally and in a timely manner.The installers were very courteous and professional. We would definitely refer H&H mechanical to our friends and family

Tyler was awesome. Our A/C went out Saturday late afternoon when it was over 90 out. Called into H&H after hours line and Tyler. Called me within 10 minutes to let me know when he could be here. He got here right when he say and stayed until our air was working again. He left around 8:30 PM.

Service technician, Darrell came out and repaired our upstairs unit that's +15 yrs. He was very professional and thorough. He made the necessary repairs. We know eventually the unit will need replacing. I will be calling H&H and request Darrell to come out when the time comes.

Trent arrived quickly and explained everything. We were leaving town and needed it fixed before we left. He showed up within an hour of us calling.

Our technician Darrell was professional and took time to explain in detail his prognosis and plan to address any issues that we had with our systems and units. Called about AC unit not cooling. They were able to get someone to my house within an hour. Darrell was super to work with. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Darrell replaced the bad part, added Freon, and had us back up and going quickly. Darrell was very personable and would definitely recommend him if you need a good serviceman for your HVAC. My AC was blowing hot air and I contacted H&H mechanical after reading the great reviews. They did not disappoint. Darrell arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. My AC was back running normal in the next couple of hrs. The price was very reasonable. I knew I would want them back next time I have an HVAC issue and hence I also signed an annual maintenance contract with them.
