Reviews of local pros in Austell, Georgia

Jerry was absolutely outstanding!!! Our carpets had not been shampooed for far too long. With kids, parties, etc. we were negligent to say the least. Jerry did a wonderful job assessing the situation, proposing a plan and getting to work! Our carpets have never looked better. We thought we needed new carpets. Turns out we just needed a "Fresh Step!" JERRY! JERRY! JERRY!

I have to say that I would highly recommend Jerry to clean your carpet. He was very professional, and he did a fantastic job. He was on time, he worked the stains out of the carpet, and it did not take him hours to do it. Jerry also left my house smelling lemony fresh. I am going to have him come back to do more work on my carpet, so that it can start getting back bright. But the improvement that I saw just from this job, was simply amazing.

Jerry was on time and it took him no time to get the job done. I’ve used his services twice now. I would highly recommend him and his prices are reasonable.

Great experience with fresh step. Explained all that he was doing and how to keep up with the carpets and furniture. Very knowledgeable. Look forward to using him again

Great service from start to finish! He’s very knowledgeable about carpet care, explains how to preserve it long-term, and offers solid recommendations. I’m already planning to book him again in a few months for upholstery cleaning.

This company understands customer service. The technician provides detailed explanation of services, is pleasant to interact with and took extra care when moving furniture. The call before arrival was an added bonus. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning services. I believe they service the entire Atlanta metro.

My floors were in horrible condition and Fresh Step saved me from having to get new flooring right now. I have cream colored carpet that had deep stains. Fresh Carpet was able to get them out.
