I did not know this place, it was my first time, I arrived at shipping and a very kind forklift person told me that receiving it behind the building, I got to the place and they gave me a dock, 15 minutes and it was already unloaded

I won't come here again had 3 stops and the man told me he couldn't not do two on one day my appointment was 6 am never again

One small hiccup with the order placement, but the Will call staff was very accommodating and helped fix the order. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Delivered in a 53 van. They have sruff piled so you can't get in easy. Fast done. Opens at 6 am.

DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT CALLING AHEAD! After being given a phone number to call Norcross, I spent forty minutes on the phone in an attempt to order exactly FIVE items. I am still waiting on the fourth and final item an hour and a half later. Worst Graybar experience EVER. Oh, yeah, AND after being held hostage, I can’t use the restroom?! Thanks for the free water though.

For flatbed drivers this is not a place to deliver They told my I needed a appointment time to get unloaded not a issue I called the day before to get an appointment time around 3pm nobody answered I show up at regular receiving hours next day to only be told can’t be unloaded till 10:30am did everything I was supposed to do I can’t make you do your job And pick up the phone to make my appointment time also I’m the only flatbed here makes no sense at all to make me wait messing up my entire week being delayed like this !

Very helpful staff.. but this is a distribution center. Orders have to be placed before hand. You can then pick it up here. No matter what it says online, the warehouse opens at 6:00 am.

This pick up desk dont give af If you blue collar worker there are gonna make you wait infinitely. Sorry behind customer service I will cancel a job before having to come here and pick up parts
