They were very friendly, polite, punctual and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!

Our AC went out mid afternoon & he was here fixing it within 1.5 hrs. Their techs are always so polite, they clean up after themselves, and do a great job. He had us up and running within a few hours. Now our air is working great!

We have 2 central units. Bailey has been here several times. He does an excellent job. He is efficient and friendly. If there is a problem- as there has been in the past, he explains it and notifies you of the approximate cost of repair. He called as he was leaving the office and arrived when expected

We called a couple places that claimed to be 24 hours and only Harrell King was willing to come right then and there and fix our ac at 9pm! Our technician quickly fixed the issue replaced the part and was on his way! We appreciate your service and will continue to use only Harrell King for all our AC needs!!

The service technician (Kyle Rich) was very very friendly n was very consistent with his job. Did everything he could to get my AC back up and running ASAP! Very professional & Highly recommended young man

Brandon was our technician this last time, and he came on time and with his equipment and boots over his shoes so as not to track the outside in. He came ready to work, not having to sit and eat breakfast and drink coffee as so many workers do. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way, which I really appreciated.

He went about checking the unit in a quiet and professional manner. When he finished, he brought the paperwork in and we sat and discussed his findings. Everything went smoothly, and I am VERY satisfied with the service rendered by Brandon.

Chris was awesome. Thank you for handling the problem without me being there. I trust the employees and the company. I was 5 hrs away and Chris called me each time he was doing something to keep me up to speed. He told me where he was going to get the parts and when he was back. Really appreciated the communication back and forth and was happy he was my tech. Thanks Chris for a job well done, without the stress.

Kaleb performed a maintenance contract visit. He was courteous, professional, and discussed ways to keep our units in good working order. My husband and I have been with Harrell King since 2011, and have always received excellent service.

We recently selected Harrell King Heating and Air to replace our old system and are very pleased with our decision. This company is top notch. Every person who was involved with the process of replacing our system was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. Although it took over a week to have our unit installed we were given supplemental units to help us until the installation was complete. The installers were outstanding and were considerate of our situation and environment. Great job to all who were involved. We appreciate each of you.

Excellent experience. He arrived on time, was professional, very knowledgeable about products, and I felt confident in his presentation to me. Super job, now only if I could afford the heating & air system. I think the quality is great, however it exceeds my allowance by at least $300.

I've called a few places in Bainbridge to get quotes. There was one that didn't show up at all, one that did show up while I was gone but I could see and hear on our cameras that he didn't even get out of his car, but tell me a price while he was still in his car and didn't get out. I called this company and they sent someone out the next day. He was very professional, explained everything in ways I could better understand, was very respectful, and gave us a reasonable price. I will recommend them to anyone and they will be the only ones I call next time.

Excellent customer service and responsiveness! Fixed the problem, were honest and up front about the issue and what my options were. Very tolerant of my pesky children asking tons of questions! Harrell King has always provided excellent service and I highly recommend them!

John, Angel and Johnny did a awesome job on my AC and Heat Installation. These guys was very knowledgeable and polite. They clean up good and left my home just as they find it. I'm so happy I choose Harrell King for my new Installation. Great job! Happy customer!

Cost was very competitive, salesman was eager to explain options and answer questions. Scheduling was quick and easy. The install team was super. They were very accommodating to my schedule, easy to work with and very well organized from start to finish. They even conducted a follow-up visit to insure my comfort and satisfaction with the new unit.

My A/C had stopped working so I called. A technician was sent out right away. Turns out the breaker was off so easy fix!
However it was also time for a maintenance service and cleaning as well so that was tended to as well!

This is an old post so I am adding an update:
My power was turned off due to some Georgia Power “repairs in my area” on Sunday March 22, 2025.
As a result I returned home on Sunday evening to my power being restored but my CH&A thermostat was flashing and inoperable.
I called and scheduled an evaluation of the problem and also for the scheduled maintenance of my unit for Friday March 28 due to my work schedule.
Kyle and Gene showed up in a timely manner this morning and were quick to establish that the thermostat was irreparably damaged. My thermostat has now been replaced and my scheduled maintenance completed. Bonus that my warranty was still intact!
I work in customer service and it is often a thankless job so I appreciate the opportunity to give credit where credit is due!
Kyle and Gene were personable, efficient and their attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
I am acquainted with Kyle from previous repair and maintenance visits and I am always impressed!
I just met Gene today and I am equally impressed! Hopefully he stays on at Harrell King.
