They even text to let you know when they are in route. Customer service is awesome! I will be using them for any future electrical needs. I will be referring them to friends or family. I am going to be honest, I am a first time home buyer and only being two years in, when a tree fell yesterday and ripped the power box from my house, I didn’t know what exactly, I was supposed to do. I called and got an answer immediately. It was late in the day, I think 4:50, but someone was out that night. It was in an emergency situation where my dad is getting released from the hospital today and is on full oxygen, I couldn’t have brought him home if I didn’t have such a quick response. They were at my house late last night and I almost cried when they left because it was more than I asked for and more than I expected. A good honest company and I knew it immediately. THANK YOU ALL! It may be “your job” but it was God’s work for me

We are beyond pleased with the crew at Taylor Electric. The owner is the one who came out and saw the work that needed to be done and give us an estimate. He was very polite and professional! They scheduled us back quickly to get the work done and the two men who came to do the work were also very polite and professional and they did a great job! They even swept and vacuumed around the area they were working in. They left it looking nicer than when they came. The electric work they did was to correct the work of a “handyman” and I am so happy with everything they did.

I had a electrical problem today in my fuse box. Being that it was the beginning of Labor Day weekend. I really thought I was going to be in a jam. I called Taylor Electrical Solutions and Scott arrived shortly after I called. He replaced wires and circuit breakers. Finished job in a very timely manner. His rate was fantastic and his service was A+. I would highly recommend

Taylor Electrical Solutions was very helpful, kind and curious from the front office to the repairman. I highly recommend the company. I needed additional work done by a heating and air co. Being new to the area, I asked for a recommendation. He gave me a name and number and went the extra miles and called the company to give them a heads up that I would be contacting them. Taylor Electrical Solutions did and great job of installing a new circuit and fuse that will allow me to install an electric fireplace, they also installed a ceiling fan in the office. They were very professional, timely and neat.

Absolutely recommend this company. They not only worked with me but they took care of the electric company turning off and on power. Everything was superb. Friendly and very courteous. I moved from NY here and they got the ball rolling before I got here and the day after I moved in, they started work to make sure everything was safe for me.

2nd time I have used them. This time to run electric to carport/workshop. Everything was as before, absolutely outstanding.

Excellent exposures with Taylor. Personable and polite crew, very professional work. I had a 50 Amp service installed to switch over certain circuits to be powered by my generator in the event of a power outage. Great result, I couldn't be happier!

These guys know there job. I used them to wire up an additional to my home, then asked to run power for a camper outlet. I recently had them out to investigate an issue with a series of GFCI outlets that had no power in a rental property. Thanks team for being for me.

Wonderful experience with Taylor’s connecting my new porch light fixture! Although my fixture did not arrive on time Taylor’s gladly rescheduled three and responded quickly once it arrive. Very professional work. . I am very pleased!

From Barnesville, GA. They did a great job switching out ceiling fans and some light fixtures and got the work done in a timely manner. The guys were very nice and polite. If I need more electrical work done I will be calling them again.

Taylor showed up promptly on schedule,but unfortunately, they were unable to diagnose or solve my issue, yet I still received a bill.

I am saving money on my electricity bill, though, since I don't get to have hot water; so yay?

Edit: The technician could not, in fact, determine that the problem was at the water heater, though he suspected that it was. I will also note that the brand new unit was literally just purchased, as was one a few days before, which demonstrated the same issues. Highly unlikely that two separate individual brand new water heaters would both malfunction. Ergo, the problem was almost definitely NOT the unit, but the power supply.

Even though it appeared the appropriate amount of power and amps were going to the unit, the manual inticated that a 25 amp breaker 240 two pole breaker was in fact needed, along with a thicker gauge wire.

The technician determined that following those guidelines would not have made a difference to the unit even though all other literature inticated otherwise. In fact, when I called technical support, that is exactly what they said.

I don't have an issue with Taylor being unable to solve the issue, but I literally told them on the phone that I had already replaced the breaker and checked the power, and it was all good. So it took your technician an hour plus, and you charged me $150 for what I had already done and already knew.

I understand time is money, but you provided no service or actual diagnostic. Therefore, a discounted fee would have been a better business practice, imo.

Nonetheless, you've been paid, but won't be again by me.

I will have a tankless unit installed, and the house rewired as necessary.
