Vernon has been a positive in a very negative situation. No one enjoys having to clean up and repair a damaged home. JT with ServPro was great. They came within 2 hours if my call. JT brought extra expertise, on a complete mitigation. Was nice to my fur babies lol. JT & Suzanne really took there time. He told me what was happening frequently, showed when he said he would, and went above and beyond in taking care of things - even the little unexpected things that popped up. And … they cleaned up!

After speaking with State Farm at 10:43 a.m. for nearly an hour and a half, I received a call from Mike at 12:58 p.m. He reassured me that Jake would be in touch that same day, and true to his word, Jake followed up promptly and arranged for the team to visit.
